The game journos are gonna have a field day with this one. I can already smell the articles from a mile away "Toxic Gamers Makes Developer Quit Social Media!"
In all honesty though, I hope the developer gets back on his feet.
I really hope this game sells millions just to stick it to the pussified blue-checkmarks on twitter.
This is truly an embarrassment on PAX's part. There's definitely an employee at PAX who's probably a left-wing progressive nut that thinks everyone who disagrees with them is a Nazi.
Resistance 1 and 2.
Resistance 3 is on PS4, if you have PSNow subscription.
I LOVE this idea. I'm a huge fan of Junji Ito's comics. I'd consider him the Steven King of horror comics/manga.
I love Nolan, but he's very much a casual gamer. In the eyes of causal gamers, even mediocre games come off as "amazing." So I'd take his words as a grain of salt
I predict the next console generation will be a competitive one. Both Sony and Microsoft will be giving it their all. Microsoft will fight to regain market-share and brand loyalty, while Sony will have to keep up their track record of excellent exclusives. It will indeed be interesting
It seems the developers have been cucked by progressive politics. I just hope the same doesn't happen to Rockstar's GTA series. They're one of the few developers in the business that still has balls.
Tsk tsk, Miyamato....
The first step to recovery is acknowledging there's a problem.
I hope the new CoD is extremely violent and manages to sell like hot cakes. If it makes a butt-load of cash, maybe these pussified game devs will take a hint and realize that social justice doesn't sell games.
The KGB better stay the fuck away from my precious Kojima
This seems like a possibility because of the resurgence of 90s 3D platformers. Ape Escape was a part of my childhood and I welcome it into my adult life
You must be new to games journalism bud. The media loves to overhype demos for clicks. Again, look at how the media hyped up Homefront before it's release
I think people who saw the closed door demo are giving a false interpretation of what the game is going to be. I highly doubt this is going to be a conservative style shooter that focuses on morals and consequences. That's just not CoD's style. It's always been a twitch shooter in regards to the campaigns. I highly doubt the campaign is going to show the moral consequences of your actions every time you choose to pull a trigger. These journalists need to calm down. They saw one le...
At the same time, not every 3rd person action game needs to be Dark Souls.
You can tell this Star Wars game was trying too hard to be like Dark Souls. Very slow paced combat, lots of reading enemy movement, just overall meh.
This is an embarrassment on EA's part. The only good thing to come out of this was Star Wars. Why would you focus your E3 conference on "add on content" like Apex Season 2, BattleFieldV DLC, etc is beyond me. There was nothing exciting here except for Star Wars.
Just don't fuck it up. We've finally come full circle after all those years of abuse that Crash and Spyro had to endure from crappy developers. Naughty Dog and Insomniac worked so hard on these franchises only to have other developers tarnish the brand once the PS2 generation came around.
We've finally come to a point where we're getting good Spyro/Crash games. Keep what works, and don't stray away from the formula too much.
This is a pleasant surprise. I thought this was going to be a port, but no it's a full damn remake :D
If the gameplay trailer is looking good, then it's day 1 purchase confirmed for me!
Literally, every CoD game had politics involved in the story dude...
