I had this same problem when using Chrome two days ago. It kept telling me that N4G was a dangerous website. After waiting a day, it seemed to go away.
-EA could try and force BW to port it to the ps3 but Im pretty sure no one would be happy with the end results of that and EA would really piss off BW-
You mean sort of like how Microsoft informed Ensemble that they were sh!tcanned but only once Halo Wars was completed? That would piss me off. I can't imagine I'd put a whole lot of heart in to the game at that point.
I like you crabby. :)
After playing the FEAR2 demo (PC), I'm really not very interested. It's just not "up to snuff" with some other quality PC shooters that I could be investing my time in to. I haven't had a chance to play the RE5 demo, but from what I hear it's "more of the same". If you loved RE4, then you'll probably love RE5.
If I were to choose one at this point, I'd go with RE5. But then again, I'd probably choose neither.
*goes back to Team Fortress 2 + Le...
I'm thinking this is a fake. And, if it is, HHG just lost what little bit of credibility that he has built for himself. I can't imagine that Sony would throw away millions of dollars for a Super Bowl ad slot with a commercial that is this poor of quality.
I prefer my PS3 over the 360. I might even consider myself a Sony "fan". There is no way that I can believe their Super Bowl trailer, if they even bought one, is going to look THIS terrible.
@Thanatos:...
PS3 will remain most expensive console on the market... and best value for the money.
If you have such a nice PC, then there's very little reason to purchase a 360. Most all of the noteworthy titles receive PC ports or are multi-plat.
Agreed. This author is drawing a lot of terrible conclusions. Bubbs for the crabs.
If it were priced accordingly, came with an internal harddrive, and didn't RRoD or eat my game discs then I might consider purchasing this. :D
-People should not trust the words of a developer, especially SE.-
Money talks.
The framerate during the in-game shots seemed not-so-good. We'll just have to see once we get a demo. I'm not getting my hopes up.
Try the demo. If you like it, buy it. If you hate it, don't buy it.
Hey thanks. Crackdown is one of my fav 360 games too (but that's probably because I worked on it).
Did anyone notice the editor's note at the bottom of the article? "Editor’s Note: These are the author’s top 5 titles that can be played on an Xbox 360, they are multiplatform titles but the author did not claim these titles to be exclusive."
Confirmed fake.
I wonder if the buy-out moneys (like those used to purchase timed exclusives and exclusive DLC) were calculated in to Kotaku's XBOX360 budget numbers? I would assume so, but I'm not certain.
Ok. I just might go do this.
Poor Halo Wars is coming out stillborn. And I agree, LOL@comparing Halo to Tribes. Tribes kicks Halo's ass.
I think this game looks OK. I wouldn't Day1 purchase it for $60, but once it hits the bargain bin ($20-30) then it may be just what you'd need to scratch your hack-n-slash itch.
Nah. They only did it when Sony was cutting jobs (albeit in their VHS department).
Halo didn't revolutionize the FPS genre. It may have had a heavy-hand in bringing FPS's and its culture to the mainstream, but the last big revolution is FPS gaming came with Half-Life, the Source Engine, and eventually COUNTER-STRIKE.
