How is The Witcher 2 a Microsoft game? Sure it is coming to the 360 after being on the PC already, but the only reason for that is because the developers of The Witcher 2 is a small team that never made a game for the PS3. Much easier for them to port it to the similar 360 than it is to hire dozens of ps3 programmers to port it.
There is no other reliable source other than those you listed, retail, sony/MS/Nintendo, and publishers but that doesn't mean that going off of VGChartz is a good idea.
Some of their data is correct since they do take public data that is released and republish it in their "reports". The problem comes with the guesswork they then do on information that is not released and made up numbers are pulled out of thin air and then edited at a later date once true numbers...
What a joke. Batman doesn't even work properly still for what they delayed it for(DX11) and is just a console port with a few added visuals for the PC.
I would have went with The Witcher 2. TW2 was a phenomenal game from a graphics standpoint, game play standpoint, and story standpoint. I love how other games get praised for your actions counting(cough cough Mass Effect) and yet most overlook this(mainly reviewers, etc.) for this game.

Not really. A 16gb game at 3mbs(which is what I download most games at) would only take 1 1/2 hours to complete.
It's not that bad. Most digital games allow you to pre-load the game a few days ahead of time(on Steam/Origin at least). If they don't then the download will just start when you are sleeping that night and in the morning you have a game waiting for you.

That's not that much. If it was 200+ kb/s then overtime it will mess with your monthly data usage if you play an ungodly amount of CoD. Those figures are slightly above what it takes to browse the internet, go on youtube, etc.

So you are telling me that you have never encountered freezing or servers crashing in BF3? If you haven't then you obviously are BSing.
Finally, I have some issues playing on PC and only have about 4 hrs into the game(since it becomes annoying to play with the issues). Sort of waiting for them to fix it before I push to far ahead into the game since at times the image problems are unbearable.
It's a shame that top games like Batman AC, Skyrim, and Bf3 all launched on PC with glaring problems since they weren't developed with the PC in mind.
Here comes all the Move and Sony haters. If you don't like motion controls then good for you, but it doesn't mean that you have to say that Move is dead and is garbage.
Personally I got Move for Christmas last year and thought it was decent. Sports Champions was good and playing Socom 4, Killzone 3, and LBP2 with it is awesome. I still prefer a DS3 sometimes but using Move is fun.

If your 560ti crashes daily then there is something wrong with your GPU, driver, or some other issue. Might want to diagnose the problem or send your 560ti back for a new one.
I have 2x evga 560ti and have almost no issues. Only problem I have is BF3 crashing once every 10 or so matches, but that is more BF3 than the graphics cards.
500gb is enough. I have 1tb for my PC and it is only 30% full with about 10k pictures, 3k songs, and 36 games.

Awesome game for anyone who has not tried it. And with the 7.1 update 18 new tanks will be available(to the already 150+). Very easy to just jump in and start since you won't face the gigantic higher tier tanks until you are ready.
Gears of War 3 wasn't the "clear" winner. Personally I would have went with Skyrim or Batman for the 360 so I have no issue with this choice. Others may disagree but you have to remember that in the end it is all based upon a select group of people's decisions for these awards.
