Yeah no way in hell lmao. Spiderman especially on the Pro looks WAY better than Arkham Knight. From the lighting to the general scale of NYC versus AK. Its a much more technically advanced game
Most of those games were at native 4K and that horrible bit rate didn't help
Ratchet and Clank looked like a Pixar movie, so I'm cool with 30 FPS if it gives me that kinda leap in graphical fidelity. Not every game needs to be 60 FPS
Gameplay from Halo Infinite and the new Forza title. I also would love to see gameplay from the new Fable and Hellblade 2, but I doubt we'll get that. All in all Microsoft needs to show that its first party studios are at work making a ton of new AAA games
@chrisx
Wait I don't get the expectation, Sony barely showed any gameplay yesterday. Yet Microsoft is expected to show a lot of gameplay to match them? lmao wheres the logic there
LMAO typical Gamespot trying to be edgy review. The game has a 96 Metacritic, its a masterpiece get over it
Yeah physical geometry was very impressive. I hope we get to see more, my issue really was that the lighting model doesn't seem like its taken that next-gen leap. I felt Ratchet and Clank was really that one title where I was like yeah this is insane
Yeah probably, they could be aiming for 4K 60 FPS instead of just a massive upgrade to visuals. But I can the see SSD tech, they showcased how the world would have a ton more depth and physical geometry. I just hope we finally get a Kronosaurus robot dino.
Not to mention the ray traced reflections. Its inching closer and closer to a Pixar movie in terms of visuals
The visuals don't strike me as a huge upgrade from HZD. Kinda annoys me that there wasn't any gameplay shown. In fact for a lot of those games there was literally just trailers
LOVEDD the first one and this is the one title so far they showed actual gameplay for. And man those ray traced reflections LOOK GOOOD. Insomniac showing the f up for Sony already
@Sam
And you must be his BF
AS A LAUNCH TITLE?! Sony is not messing around!!
Man you must be the funny guy in your friends circle huh
A big factor for next-gen console purchases is the previous ownership. With that being said, the PS5 stands at being able to convert a MUCH bigger install base from the PS4, so no doubt it'll easily be the predicted leader
Gotta love that all of a sudden Obsidian is some mediocre developer when Outer Worlds is one of the best sold games on PS4 not to mention they have an excellent history of making good games. And now with Microsoft's backing supposedly they are trash now? lmfao gotta love these intelligent N4G crowds
LMFAO this game is legit going over 200 GBs tonight hahaha
Man if Sony could do a Rogue Galaxy remake, with Bluepoint at the helm. This console generation would start off incredible. That game is a classic and really needs a modern day version
So i'm a bit confused about their plans going down the line. Clearly the Veil/Darkness is their grand big finale for the series. But does this mean a Destiny 3? Is Destiny 2 just going to get a radical overhaul to the game engine? Curious as to what Bungie long term plans are in terms of developing on PS4/Xbone but also the next-gen units
The video on the Playstation channel specifically the gameplay reveal literally tells you its console exclusive for a limited time. The fact that so many people up voted you just shows the general awareness of the N4G crowd lmfao
