Nah, considering the Switch is already a part of 9th generation of consoles. I see the Switch as being the leader of the 9th gen in consoles with the PS5 coming second and Xbox once again taking 3rd. Its hard for Xbox because Sony has the opportunity to transition 100 plus million PS4 owners into PS5 owners and against Xbox's established owner base its just not close.

Please no, Uncharted is done let it rest for a bit before you relaunch the IP. I want something new from Sony's studios this upcoming generation. We're already getting the God of Wars and Spiderman's and HZDs, I'd like for the rest of the studios to take risks and try something new. Though I can't say I would mind another Infamous title from SP, those games are still pretty unique as a lot of games have moved away from morality systems and I know SP can make a damn good on...
IDK why people are so angry with Druckman. His job as director isn't to write the game, its create the overall design and system that are going to be put in place. The anger seems to be at narrative decisions, which he wasn't even the lead for lmao. Thats Halley Grossman, not to mention he actually wrote UC4 and TLOU as a lead writer and did a PHENOMENAL job on both games. The dude's talented, I say ND give him a new IP I don't need UC or TLOU for a while

Seems like just like 2018, Sony first party titles are fighting each other for GOTY. Everything about this game just screams passion project can't wait
I'll probably do the PS5 at launch mostly cause all of Microsoft's first party titles are going to still come to Xbox One X, for around 2 years or so ( I maybe wrong here). While Sony is doing straight up exclusives I cannot play on my PS4 as early as launch and into their big hitters like HZD: 2 in 2021.
I usually go all 3 consoles and each and everyone has their strengths and benefits. I can't wait to see how fast loading times and ray tracing changes gaming ...
I agree it was, and you're probably right. The media focus drove into all other realms of hate for the devise. I do hope they bring back multitasking to the Series X, it seems like you can play multiple games side by side. Be dope to also do PIP for web browsing or Youtube etc
No doubt the hardware should get shat on, but plenty of people also down played the usefulness of some of the features that Xbox One had unique to it. Its exactly why Microsoft just gave up on it

With or without DXR. Ray Tracing is in its infancy as a whole, its not about the hardware implementation. Its about how engines are going to adapt with the technology and not a lot of engines are built from the ground up with Ray Traced code. So the point being both on PS5 and on Series X, the technology requires investment from studios. Most importantly from first parties, as they push internal optimization better than 3rd parties.

How he became the only surgeon capable of being able to make the vaccine. With zero mention of Joel and Ellie and as you're playing you start realizing that oh shit he's one of the doctor's Joel killed in that hospital. Unpopular opinion: I actually liked Abby a lot more than Ellie. There's some serious pacing issues to her story, but her redemption story arc is pretty compelling. It honestly convinces me that this game should have been all about her with the final arc being a foil to Abby's entire journey, with you playing as Ellie
I liked playing as her cause the levels ND gave her were amazing and really where I enjoyed the horror of the game the most. I felt her story was all of the place though and written poorly. But man that forest level, my favorite level among both games, it was horrifying

Controversial, but I'm gonna say we shouldn't have played as Ellie at all until the golf club scene and should've started the game with Abby and her dad at outbreak day or something
LMFAO better than God of War, UC4, Zelda, hell even Spiderman? I felt more emotion at the ending of Spiderman than I ever did at any part of the TLOU P2. Its a good game, game of the generation? Hell nah
