Seems to me that the VR is wasted if you're exploring from within a submersible. Walking around the decks of an active, populated, interactive Titanic... I think that's something interesting that would put VR to good use.

Silent Hill should definitely be on any list of best game adaptations. Max Payne was a severely underrated film that also ought to be on that list. I liked the first Resident Evil film. Great Trent Reznor score.

Where did you read about a "real campaign mode"? All I read about the "campaign" (which is just training mode) is that it will be playable offline... and STILL no offline saves.

ALL aspects should always be taken into consideration and the score tallied by weighing them against each other. If a reviewer is picking and choosing, then their evaluation is worthless.
My favourite was a quiet moment in UC4 that captured the beauty of opulence in decay as light streams down through a hole in the ceiling of a decrepit castle onto a table surrounded by dead pirates. I probably spent at least an extra ten minutes in that room taking it all in.

Since evolving from an arcade junkie to a pc/console gamer, I generally keep most games in my collection just in case I might want to revisit them, but I'll sell any game that forces me to do anything over and over and over to be able to progress.
