I fired up the beta on Saturday morning and ended up having fun with it all weekend, so yeah, i'm in too.
Looks really bare-bones.
Is there another Zero-Gravity VR Combat game?
I'm ONLY interested if I see those 4 magic words: "all content on disc".
I play average 20-30 hrs a week (I think I'm actually over 40 this past week). I can quit any time... but why the hell would I want too?
Wtf?? The demographic on this site speak for themselves. Just like you just did.
Gears 4 felt too much like a family soap opera that was missing the more important bigger picture. I kept waiting for the real story (and action) to start, so when it just ended abruptly, I thought wtf, where's the game?
When I watched the Gears 5 trailer, I realized that they just split the game up and that now we're expected to pay full price get the other half... but if it's more melodrama, I'll pass.
It's like they were trying to create a more meaning...
Anyone who watches this video is going to be sorely disappointed when they buy the game and see the static crap that it actually is.
No, the franchise going episodic was the huge disappointment. Hitman's releases, then re-release and subsequent re-re-release of discs and download codes amounts to the sloppiest way I've ever seen a game being sold.
Don't make me to jump through hoops or make me wait and then keep waiting to play. I stopped watching broadcast television over a decade ago. Episodic is backwards bullsh*t -just sell me the damn game.
ANY mission content IS part of the game. Especially at launch. To say otherwise is to LIE.
Rockstar execs are probably weighing the lost/delayed sales due to pissing off their own fans VS extra profits gained from people feeling forced into buying the more expensive version to get the full game.
Deciding how badly you can afford to f*ck over your own clients is not a business model -it's a greedy, idiotic cash grab.
That is a surprisingly short-sighted...
That's not "reassuring".
It just makes me think "Fine, f*ck you too. PLENTY of other games to play. I can easily wait for yours to hit the bargain bin."
lol @ "actual demons".
@Loadedklip
No, the downvotes are probably because Nintendo has had a crap showing at E3 for years now and people don't have much confidence that this year will be any better.
That's okay for hardcore Nintendo fans though, because it's been imprinted on them at an early impressionable age that the big N can do no wrong. Just seeing the words "Nintendo" or "Mario" gives them a warm fuzzy and the eyes glaze over, so they'...
So, you finally decide to introduce campaign elements into your game, but I can only play them on YOUR schedule?? I don't think so. Way to keep giving me reasons to NOT play the game.
Wake up... and smell the ashes.

No Gods Or Kings. Only Man.

Yes, it did. I enjoyed it. They made a big show of it BECAUSE Titanfall's "campaign" was a lie.
Where have I heard that before? Oh yeah, that's exactly the same outright LIE that EA and Respawn used to con people into buying Titanfall.
I also agree. I spent months playing it. Brilliant game and my favourite in the series.
