I agree. I have no interest any of the 8 or 16 bit retro indies that Sony had been chincing out at us on PS+ either.
My problem is that I already owned EVERY single one of the games you mentioned by the time Sony stepped up their game and started offering something decent.
Before anyone pipes up with "complaining about free games", they're NOT free. I pay a $70/year subscription to access them.
In other words, we're mo...
maybe check the list again.
I'd say that's a dishonest use of the word "campaign". The entire single player consists of training snippets of races. That's it.
No actual "campaign" = no actual "purchase".
Pathetic was the first word that popped in my brain reading that headine.
If you spend far more time writing the article than you've spent playing the game, then don't bother. Besides, we've all already seen that same bit of gameplay.
15 minutes (with a line-up standing behind you waiting for their turn) is not nearly enough time to come to any kind of conclusions about any game.
Hell, I'll give just about any game (even one of no interest to me in a genre I don't like) an hour to hook me before I'll write it off.
Not taking the bait again. This stupid question has been answered definitively a hundred times over the last couple of years.
That's EXACTLY what went through my mind.
Hi,
I am also Commander Shepard, and I approve this message.
Well said.
I usually create characters that are nothing like me just to keep it more interesting.
Seconded.
or fart
I'm 50 (is that old?) and I do enjoy watching some people play, usually on Twitch, but Esports commentators kill it for me too.
As for the article; the author is trying to generate a false us vs. them scenario by generalizing with blanket statements like "It seems that old folks who watches..." and "We can’t force them to understand our pastime", just to have something to write about. The article ACTUALLY IS fake news based on false pretense. Lame.

It's stand-alone dlc, so it's more of the same awesomeness you played in New Order. There's more campaign content packed on the disc than most full fps games for about a third of the price. If you loved New Order, then you will love Old Blood.
I hoping this will get released on disc.
I'd bet whoever negotiates a hardcopy release with Ninja Theory stands to make a pretty penny (Limited Run or perhaps Special Reserve, I'm talking to you).
Thanks.
Whatever. Blacklisted.
Regarding the AMD card drought, I went to the downtown Toronto CanadaComputers location last month and the shelves were literally empty of all but the meekest AMD cards. There were stacks of boxes sitting at the cash waiting for pickup by someone who had purchased the entire stock. I ended up buying an Asus Dual RX 580 4GB OC but had to pre-order and waited a month for it to arrive. Just picked it up.
In a related story, apparently AMD is taking their RX460 stock and rebran...
$60???
They cost $80+$10tax=$90 a pop here in Canada (and our incomes did not go up in tandem with with the rise in cost of everything due to the artificially inflated u.s. dollar).
I love the gaming industry but if the cost of a single game crosses the $100 mark, I swear to god I will switch exclusively to pc gaming and I will pirate every goddamned game I play and the industry can go f*ck themselves.
@ Mr_Writer85
Sure, that'd be nice.
@letsa_go
That's what it costs in Canada. I made the mistake of buying several years in advance just before the price went up.
@OffRoadKing
No, not selfish. I never said anything about NOT wanting any of those games to be available on PS+.
I'm just venting that personally, so far this year, the subscription has been as I said, a total waste of money. I don't do multipl...
