Looking good, looking good.
Guess you guys don't like the fight? Have you tried it yet?
I am speaking to those disagreeing with me saying the game works good, just the onlines a bit messed up.
Just curious, thats all.
Reach is looking good.
Its nice to see the technical side of things be respected. So many games are being nit picked because of small graphical errors but not applauded for the technical things going on behind the scenes. Referring to the engine that runs the effects, etc...
They have a game called Fighters Uncaged, that was Kinects attempt.
I actually own this game and it works beautifully, only problem is online some weird things can happen.
Wow, rough review. A lot of things were true, but some things just felt like nit picking.
Like with the Dualshock, I find it fine. But of course I wouldn't mind having a wheel, but I don't, so the Dualshock works good.
Plus the AI does get harder. In the extreme series you should notice more aggressive AI. I have at least, don't remember getting rammed off the road in the beginner series.
The only menu problems I have is the T...
Same here, but I'll be 96 :)
But seriously, its a strong brand, why dump it? Building brand loyalty is very difficult for a company, and Sony has made an awesome brand image with Playstation.
Or knew that Betas frequently have issues such as this one due to stress testing the servers and played with Bots instead.
I don't think its a problem at all, when either do it.
If fans want to play the games over with HD graphics, 60fps, and trophy/achievement support, and will pay a discounted price (going on Sony's model) of 39.99 US Dollars, why not?
Some are saying this is more than a HD remake, and might be a total remake, should be interesting either way, Halo 1 was one of the best Halo's for me.
Refreshing to see a person who knows how to play good games, instead of arguing over which is better.
I think both are looking awesome, loving KZ3 right now and looking forward to Gears 3, getting the beta with Bulletstorm.
The whole time I was thinking, really? A simulator? When did that happen?
I just played shift yesterday and what I played was far from a sim. GT5 and Forza have that category locked up.
I agree, I don't understand how stupid articles like this get approved. Did anyone read it before approving?
I know it says opinion piece, but lets not approve wrongful biased flame war information. It's one thing to have a bias or opinion, but at least ground it in reality.
I agree, they are talking about leveling up. But I believe there are trophies for leveling up in Dirt 2, which is why I referenced them, since they were the only reason I kept leveling up in Dirt 2 lol.
But like I said, I'm having FUN playing GT5. So getting to level 40 isn't going to be a "grind" for me if I decide to go for that trophy.
I'll be honest, sometimes I don't want to play a certain race in GT5. But take a day off, don&...
What about Dirt 2 single player, trying to get all the trophies, that felt like a grind at times. Playing the same track over and over again at times.
Also multiplayer felt like a huge grind, which is why I never got the multiplayer trophies.
Don't get me wrong, the game was fun for me at first, but I've already put more time into GT5 happily than I've put into Dirt 2.
Haha, a Nurburgring Rally track might make me consider Dirt...
Sounds like you had a rough time.
I actually played with both and always went positive. Granted, I got slightly higher scores with the DS3, cause I'm so accustomed to it. But Move was amazing at aiming at targets for me. easier than the dualshock when not aiming down the sights.
Also navigating the map, turning, etc... is so much better and more fluid than with MAG from my experience so far. I plan on playing the SP first time through with Move now, b...
I played with the Move controls, and I think they are awesome. I love the way they did the turn mechanic compared to MAG.
Also the input lag in the retail version is said to be about 100ms, with the average TV, which is normal for a FPS. I read this in an article a while back about how they cut the input lag from like 150ms or something like that.
Overall I like the changes, I still feel the weight, its not like COD, but it feels good.
I agree, I was let down after playing as well. I feel like there are a bunch of things that can and will be fixed, with some things that should be changed but probably won't.
Also it is a bit unsettling seeing pop in at such extreme levels so close to release. I can understand aliasing, minor pop in. But textures pop in, grass pops in, etc. I feel like the engine should be more complete at this stage. I was really hoping for a better beta/demo from Crytek. Especially...
Resident Evil 5 should have gotten a 2 out of 10 then. I beat that game in just over 2 hours after a few play throughs.
Time does not equal quality. Also I know that article with the 4.5 hours shows proof its 4.5 hours. But what kind of gamer are they? Do they run through everything? And besides that, how can we be 100% sure that that was their first play through?
Its kind of funny they can review games without considering the multiplayer.
haha, lets review Socom Confrontation without the multiplayer part, sounds impossible, so of course they wouldn't. But why not fully play the multiplayer part of a shooter like KZ?
Also, we don't know for sure if that was the first time through or not. KZ2 took me like 8 hours first time through. After another play through I cut that time to under 6. Resident Evil 5 also ...
You put it well, completely agree.
I typically only read the final paragraph or final Ups and Downs in the reviews, don't want to ruin the game for myself if theres any spoilers, but wouldn't mind knowing if something is glaringly wrong with the game haha.
But I'll have my own opinion when it launches. Already playing the beta with Move and DS3, its amazing. Move is so accurate in KZ3. A much better experience so far than what I've had with...
Gotta love Google translator haha.
