absolutely. I am in the industry and if people knew what game testers were like nobody would be surprised at all about this kind of glitch getting through. A friend recently worked finding glitches for Proper Games' latest work - a rerelease for xbla of some old capcom games - he found 4 times as many glitches as the entire 6-man capcom testing team for the game team did.
Not only that, but there shouldnt be so many launchers and all that rubbish in the game anyway, they ruin it ...

There definately is evidence Sony could do well sooon. But I still feel it wont be able to surpass the competition in the UK and northern America, in most of Europe it is more of a success however (because people there actually respect quality) and will continue to do well. Sony Europe need to stop being retards too... if they want the UK market.
