Why? Because the market at this stage sees new, better, cheaper cards coming out every month or so. Back in the 8800GT day you had to pay a lot more for a little bit of extra performance but it was better just getting the GT. I think there will be no particular dominant graphics adapter for some time - or at least, until the market stagnates.
Also, here in the UK the 560 is very overpriced and you can get better performance for less if you look around mo...

article missed the witcher 2 and red orchestra 2 for pc. 360; microsoft will be pushing stupid kinect games at the detriment to proper gamers. ps3 will do well next year - especially where real console gaming is concerned. wii is getting that new mistwalker game and the 3ds will be great (though obsolete whenever nintendo make a better version as soon as you spend your hard earned money on it).

Actually it should be harder; it's the last halo game and the only one with a solo legendary achievement.
There were a few points where there was a severe shortage of ammo/guns, but as long as you are geared up it's rather easy in comparison to ODST,3,2,CE. (and I'm crap with thumbstick aiming)

bc2 would be better if the game was more polished, mw2 would be better hands down if it had dedicated servers...
Thats about all there is to it, personally I am not buying bc2 because I don't like any of the battlefield games they are all basically reskins with added bugs and removed polish. Though tbh cod has similar failures, the superior feel of the aiming just overrides any flaws.
NO. I think I will use the system as explained in the handbook and when it breaks (again) Microsoft will fix it. If they refuse they will have a court case on their hands. They stated the usage limits in the handbook, essentially saying they have tested the system under those guidelines - if for any reason they are incorrect it is 100% Microsoft's fault - that is the way it works, we do not have to take any extra precautions because of Microsoft or Sony's idiocy.
battlefield games are not going to be good until they make the aiming feel less retarded. also, bc2 it takes 2 chest hits with the sniper to kill, which is retarded considering they added bullet drop to make it harder :/ and the fact they are all bolt action so you don't have time for the 2nd shot before the target is in cover...

sounds like good news. But it is worrying that they belive the community are better at making the end-user admin interface than they would be - infact this is true, but no developer should admit that ^_^
Just look at how perfect a cs:s or cod4 server can be if the admins know what they are doing and have the right admin tools set up correctly.
GTA 4 played around with technology very well but it abandoned much of the awesome gameplay we saw in the older games... Thats about all there is to say about it really. I for one am not disappointed yet, GTA 5 will be the decider.
