Not anymore! Can't pass this up - with so many good games coming out this spring and summer.
I'll pass on DI and buy GOW3 when it releases.
and I'll be happy.
Since gamers are supporting this game, more will come like it!
Just make sure you play this game - regardless of which console you own!
I own a 360 and a PS3, and I'll get Forza 3 and GT5 because they are both great games in the genre.
That said, I don't get developers trying to trash other developers.
I really respected the guy on the Dante's Inferno development team who said that he loved the game being compared to God of War. He said that he will buy GOW3 day one, and the game was an inspiration for the team.
Some developers forget that copying is the best form of flattery.
Haven't been this excited about a game in while...
Combining lightweight with unlimited sprint - it would be like playing UnReal!
Certainly a lot to experiment with!
In all the reviews, I never read anything about poor camera issues or control issues - as is the case in other challenging games - like Ninja Gaiden. It seems the game beats you fairly.
To me, that means the game, while challenging, is something that we can learn to become skilled at.
One of the most satisfying games I've played is Shadow of the Colossus, and I think this will offer the same kind of feeling.
I'm excited - I'm actually looking forw...
This is why I cancelled my reservation for this game and reserved Uncharted 2 instead.
this article was written by a fanboy, and I question its credibility.
This is a day one purchase for me.
One, I'm so busy nowadays that I don't play games like I used to
Two, all my LIVE time will be with MW2
Three, all my non-LIVE time will be Dragon Age and ME2.
I'll get the game eventually - when it becomes a Platinum Hit
with the MTAR and FAMAS...
I bought it at launch, and quickly traded it in once I realized it wasn't open world like Oblivion. I got $39 when I traded it.
Then awhile ago, Best Buy had it for $29.99, and I'd been reading how everyone was enjoying it, so I decided to give it another go. Now I can't put it down. It's sucked me in, and it's the perfect game to play when I just want to relax - too tired to do well in COD, Halo 3 or KZ2.
I just get comfortable and enjoy the beauty of the wor...
So my evening sometimes looks something like this...I do the treadmill and watch a streamed Netflix movie on my 360, then later the wife and I watch a Blu-Ray movie that arrived in the mail, then she goes to bed, and I play Killzone for awhile. When I start sucking, I turn on the 360 again and wind down with some Fable 2...
Just kidding - that's an AMAZING deal! Seeing as I bought the MGS4 bundle and also own KZ2, its not for me, but this should entice some buyers.
A thought - I wonder if this is in response to the 360 bundle with Halo 3 and Fable 2...(which is also a fantastic package).
I get the best of both worlds! The word "exclusive" doesn't scare me!
The demo was kinda boring - just like Crackdown - which I owned and beat the game. Sure it was fun to knock around people for a bit, but the missions were the same ol' thing, and you go to an area and enemies spawn around you and surround you - preventing any strategy. You take damage and run and hide to heal and more enemies spawn. Not fun. Also, the stickiness was off - I found myslef sticking when I wanted to fall and vise versa.
The sticky grenades were fun as was the de...
I remember Xbox version of Deus Ex 2 had poor shooting due to framerate issues, but it remained a very enyoyable and immersive game...
