Would someone who has this and Project Cars comment on the differences - graphically and gameplay-wise; I've been wanting a racing game. Thanks in advance.

Exactly - the environments and time of day are totally different. This just tells me that there is environmental variety to create different moods - which is a good thing.

I waited until it dropped to $29.99 on the PS3 then bought it. I played about 20% and then got distracted. I then did the Gamestop trade-in deal and got $25 toward the PS4 version. No brainer.
Our demand, communicated through purchases, or lack there of, will determine pricing - or whether the service continues to exist at all.
I've used get tabs and grip it - both work well.
And give up all the free games I'm getting from PS Plus - no thanks.
I would buy this day one. It is such a beautiful world - getting it with next gen console graphics is worth the price of admission for me.
The last two times I was at my local Wal Mart, there were 16 of them - don't know if they never sold any or if I just happened to be there when they replenished inventory. - no PS4s though.
I just ordered it from Amazon last night for $35. I have never bought a next gen remake of game, I'd rather spend money on something new altogether rather than a prettier version of a game I already played.

I saw 6 PS4s at my local Walmart yesterday. I think with a little effort, people who want one will be able to get one. Almost makes me regret freezing my arse off waiting outside on Black Friday!
I'm getting used to the DS4 for FPS. The thumb stick spacing is def improved over the DS3 - though I think I'd still prefer the offset like the 360.
What I noticed most was the need to turn down the sensitivity on the DS4 because of the increased precision and less dead space of the sticks. Please keep in kind that I really suck at FPS games - so I'm sure I'm in the small minority on this.
On Black Friday at GameStop people behind me in line said that the large Wal-Mart right there only got 6 while the much smaller and older one about 10 miles away got 19 and a fight broke out between 2 dudes. I heard from a Wal-Mart employee that each store was supposed to get 25.
Anyway, good luck to all! There's nothing like finally getting to grip that next-gen controller and firing that new console up!
Started downloading this morning - excited to try it when I get home. It's only $24 now on the PS Store, if the demo is good, I'm guessing there will be a lot of sales.
