if the is sony's answer to xbox live, then the question must be:

If that's it, then it looks alright, probably will function alright for games, but Live anywhere has nothing to fear, as this looks nowhere close to the same level of functionality.

so they are going to produce 500,000 of them, and get them shipped on time. That does not leave a lot of time for the mass production final product testing. Should make for some interesting stories. Make sure folks who buy get a warranty, although I don't think ebay versions will have one:).
well written. It will be interesting to see what happens with sony. do they really have 500,000 of these diodes ready for manufacturing? or is that "projected availability" Why haven't we heard they have started manufacturing?

Even if it was the most visually stunning game of all time (which it ain't) it's freaking RIDGE RACER. the previous versions all blew, I don't see anything different from this one.
I have a fair size screen that is not HD, and I can see the text OK. Don't get me wrong, it ain't great. but how small are the TV's people are playing on?
I still think it's going to happen with vista, they just don't want people with XP to do it, cause then they won't upgrade...
this isn't the 22 gig game is it? cause if so I'm still waiting to see 22 gigs worth...
wii will take japan, simply because it will be available. MS is doing very good in NA, and is doing well in europe too. Europe is the next big battle ground, and the next largest market. MS will concentrate their efforts there, no doubt. Why sony was so stupid as to completely shun that market this xmas is beyond me.

I don't believe a single freaking screenshot from any of these companies and their "in game screenshots" BS. If these are in game, where is the speedometer? not there. Take note microsoft, sony, nintendo. I don't want to see any more screenshots as they are likely B.S. People don't buy games based on screens, and if they do, they are stupid. Show in game VIDEOS, PERIOD.

at least with MS, if you don't want it, you don't have to take it. rather than a new format being force fed to it's customers, and that so far isn't freaking working worth a cr@p.
and your prices are inflated as sony is not going to charge for online, but their developers will...this is the same failing model they used last round, and it worked so well.
looks good, but no better than any other 3d fighter out there.
both formats are almost outdated already by discs hold at least 10X either format, who cares...
