I want both, but I'm more excited for the PS4 than I am for the Xbox One, so Xbox will have to wait till I get my tax return next year. Buying 2 consoles at virtually the same time seems like a bad idea anyway, because I'll end up playing one over the other and that's a really expensive dust collector.
I like the silliness of Saints Row. It's a nice escape from the more serious games out there like The Last Of Us, Halo, God Of War, etc.. And it's the kind of game I can kill an hour with just messing around.
I'll admit Titan Fall looks impressive. As does Dead Rising 3. The good news is that they will both be available on the Xbox 360, which I already have. So, no point getting an Xbox One just yet; although I'll probably pick one up with my income tax return.

Seeing how I'm really the only gamer in my house, my controller would be set up to my liking all the time anyway, so that stuff doesn't really matter to me.

Just because I didn't comment on every single aspect of the video doesn't mean I didn't watch it. I simply posted my feelings on Kinect; and I even put over Kinect as being amazing technology. So, I'm not hating. It's j...
Kinect is awesome - no denying that at all. Problem is, it doesn't appeal to me as a gamer. I'm a sit down, work the thumbs kind of gamer. Not the get up, flap my arms, yelling at my TV kind. So while it might be amazing technology... it collects dust at my house.
Funny game, but a bit of a challenge on the hardest difficulty with limited ammo and cheap deaths. I haven't finished it yet, but I'm thinking of restarting on an easier difficulty. It's getting a bit frustrating.
Revenue probably went up for a number of reasons. Obviously, free games till the launch of Xbox One helped - it's why I signed up for another 6 months. Deals on the Xbox 360 - particularly the $99 deal that requires you to sign up for Xbox Live for like 2 years. High speed internet becoming more available. I'm sure there are more reasons, but that's a few.
I'd rather watch Conan review games about to come out. His reviews of Tomb Raider and Injustice sold me on those games. I'd love to see him review a game like Saints Row 4.
I actually know a few HARDCORE "Xbox Fanboys" who are jumping ship to Sony after what Microsoft has done promoting the Xbox One. So, the fanboy excuse doesn't hold water.
Sony did a good job pushing the PS4, while Microsoft failed at pushing the Xbox One. It is what it is.
Love my PS3, but I'm a no looking back kinda gamer. Once I get my hands on a PS4, my PS3 will collect dust. I just hope that Sony's continued support of the PS3 for several more years doesn't hold back development for the PS4.
I wonder how many uninformed parents will go with the cheaper option (PS4) to save money.. and how many will go with the more expensive (Xbox One) thinking it must be better, simply because it cost more?
There is a lot of stuff on Plus that I don't think I'll care for, but I still "purchase" them just incase for later. You never know, a friend might sell you on the game a year from now and you'll want to check it out - if you've already "purchased" it, you just download and enjoy. Otherwise, you got to pay for it.
As long as I can access all the digital copies I currently have on my PS3 (from Plus and stuff I bought) via the cloud to play on my PS4....
I'LL BE HAPPY!
The teaser pic is of the Ultimate Warrior. Another site I visit posted the full original picture confirming it.
I just got rid of Injustice. I really didn't care for it much and the microtransactions were ridiculous. Bought Mortal Kombat for $5 on PS+ and thought it was a lot better.
Still...

It's like this...
It doesn't matter if you have 300,000 cheeseburgers or 10,000 cheeseburgers. All you need is 1 or 2 to fill you up.
Numbers don't matter. The quality and ability to do whats needed is what matters. Who cares HOW it works, as long as it works.
I'm pretty sure I saw an article already posted on N4G that quoted one of Sony's top guys saying that Sony's cloud can do everything Microsoft's cloud can do.
So, if that's true, this whole debate is pointless.
As for what games will be better till Sony gets it's clouds up and running sometime in 2014. Well, keep in mind, games are never at their best on launch. So, even if Microsoft's cloud is ready, we're still going to see limit...
I love this guy's "Francis" videos, but his other videos where he's just being himself are great, as well. He's truly an intelligent guy with a great insight on the video game industry. Great voice, too.. I'm surprised he doesn't work in radio.
I saw this on another website earlier and just as I did there, since neither article mentioned it, I wondered what region this is for. It's a great update, so I'm hoping NA, but this looks like the kind of update Europe gets. Plus, we already got Spec Ops in NA. Seems odd they would re-release it.
EDIT: I also heard we were getting Devil May Cry next month in NA.
