I agree. It's basically just a roster and stage update with the same visuals and a few new moves. No real changes. I think they should release the game every 2 years with up to 15 months of spread out DLC that updates the roster and adds new legends.
The PSN online capabilities work just fine for me. I have absolutely ZERO complaints regarding it and my multiplayer experiences playing Xbox 360 and PS3 have been identical. Sure, I guess if you have more servers, the better back-up you'll have if something goes wrong, but that's IF something goes wrong, which is a rarity. Same. I didn't have any real interest in Saints Row IV till I played - got hooked on - Saints Row: The Third after it was released on PS+. In 2 weeks time, I put almost 60 hours into that game.. something I haven't done with any other game in quite some time.

2K took over midway though development. I doubt they had much influence over the final product since there wasn't much time left. Next year's game, WWE 2K15 is the one to look forward to. It'll be 100% 2K's game and will probably be the first next-gen WWE game.
I think it's great the Xbox One is going to have it's share of exclusives, just as the PS4 will, but I think Microsoft needs to back off and save some of this stuff for later. We already have Dead Rising 3 and Titan Fall coming in 2014. Save some stuff for 2015, 2016, etc. Give us everything you got in 2014 and the next few years are going to feel dull till the next batch comes out.

Competition is good. Playstation Plus and it's Instant Game Collection only exist, because of Xbox Live Gold. Kinect and PS Move only exist, because of the Nintendo Wii. Trophies only exist, because of Achievements. Xbox One changed all it's policies, because of the PS4.

They don't even compare. Both are open world games, but are otherwise completely different. You might as well compare GTAV to InFamous, Red Dead Redemption or Prototype. GTAV is a more serious game - an action/adventure drama, where as SR4 is an action/adventure comedy. It's like comparing E.R. with Scrubs.

I love being able to try out a game before buying via demos, BUT demos can be deceiving. I've played a lot of great demos that ended up being for bad games and bad demos for great games.
For those that care about developers getting paid, I think demos can be a huge mistake, too, because they might turn-off someone who would have bought the game otherwise. On the flip side, I think if they would have released the first level in Tomb Raider as a demo that game would have ...
