I honestly hope Microsoft doesn't announce anything worthwhile. Don't get me wrong - I love my Xbox, BUT I'm already planning on getting the Gears Of War 3 Epic Edition and with Uncharted 3, Batman: Arkham City, Battlefield 3 and other already announced games for the Fall coming out, my wallet isn't BIG enough to afford everything as is. I haven't even finished all the games that came out LAST Fall. So, please, Microsoft.. go easy on me.
I'm interested, but it's a $10 PSN game. When the store comes back online, I want to get the best value I can.. InFamous and Wipeout. I might pay the $10 and pick this up later if I can't grab it for free too on my other PSN accounts.

The only thing unrealistic that bothers me about LA Noire, which was the samething that bothered me about Grand Theft Auto - you can break any kind of driving laws you want without facing consequences.

I've had no issues at all with my copy of LA Noire and I'm running it on a 250 GB PS3 Slim I bought last summer. I'm about halfway through the game.
Microsoft said they would have big reveals at E3.. maybe this is one of them? (They definitely need it to be.)
I was about to say the samething. The last strategy guide I bought was for Fallout: New Vegas, but that game is f'n HUGE! And I only bought it, because the strategy guide I bought for Fallout 3 came in handy. Otherwise, I get my info ONLINE.

What I think Sony should have done is offer 3 games, instead of 2. They should have gave you a choice of 2 PSN games, like Flower, Joe Danger and Dead Nation out of a list of like 10. And along with that, a choice of 1 retail game, like God Of War 1 or 2, Uncharted 1, LittleBigPlanet 1, Resistance 1.. all games with sequels, so that people playing them might go out and BUY the games sequel.
I like Sony's list better, too.
Although, the God Of War Collection would have been nice. I would have like to see Sony include ModNation Racers and Resistance 1. Uncharted 1 would've been a good one too. But I'm not complaining.. Sony had me at InFAMOUS.
the Gears 3 beta really got me excited about playing Gears again. so, i'll definitely be taking advantage of the 30XP.. not sure if i'll make it to level 100, but i figure Epic will announce more XP events before Gears 3 comes out in september.
I'm not rich, but I like to game. People act like I should feel bad because a billion dollar corporation is giving my poor self a hand-out. And that makes me greedy? Whatever. If it makes you feel better, by all means, SPEND SPEND SPEND that hard earned money of yours. But while you blow your wads of cash and feel good about it, my poor self understands the value of a dollar and will be enjoying the games you paid for for NOTHING.
Picked up LA Noire at Kmart today and got myself Enslaved: Odyssey To The West for FREE, along with my $20 coupon, which doesn't expire till July - I'm thinking I'll save it for next month's Alice: Madness Returns.

Yea, I'm about certain they said all pre-order DLC would eventually be made available to everyone. I also remember them saying something like we wouldn't have to wait a year for it either, like w/ Red Dead Redemption. People can be dumb.
I have 2 PS3s and already own Dead Nation, so even if it is locked to PER CONSOLE, I should still be in good shape about getting the other 4 games. But I'm hoping I can grab Ratchet & Clank off the European PSN Store, too.
I'll probably grab Wipeout along with it, but InFAMOUS is the only game I care about.. I've wanted to play it for awhile now. Bought it last year, but had to return the game before I could even open it due to some unseen financial woes.
