Going multiplat doesn't make a bad story, linear design, and a battle system for 5-year-olds happen.
The Xbox 360 port did not ruin FFXIII! It was poor, linear design, a bad story, and a simplistic battle system. A port doesn't cause those issues. SE had 4 years to develop the game, the blame for FFXIII being a disappointment is entirely on them.

A title is announced and all of the sudden it's the best game ever? Grow up. It'll obviously be great, but making such high claims this early on just makes you sound stupid.

About 60 hours for a single playthrough? I did everything in the game in under 30.
Still, ME2 is a great game with awesome replayability. If the story didn't feel like a huge recruitment sequence and a filler episode to the ME3 Reaper invasion, it would've been perfect.
Using God of War as an example really isn't helping his argument. GoW is purely on the entertainment side of things and anything with an IQ over zero can figure that out.
The combat was far from mindless, especially on the harder difficulties.
Bayonetta easily has the most responsive combat system on the market. The quickness and viscerality of merely the dodge roll mechanic makes even GoW feel archaic and stiff. There is no lag between any action you take.
Bayonetta is most certainly not overall GotY marerial, I don't think any action game this year is, but it at least deserved a nomination for Action GotY.
Bayontta had great combat, good graphics, an amazing orchestral soundtrack, a cool sense of style, great replayability, and awesome bosses. The quickness and intensity of it all made it a thrill to play.

I wasn't THAT impressed by the demo. Mostly because the overheat system annoyed the hell out of me and having to maually pick up ammo in the middle of an intense firefignt was distracting (as well as dangerous).
And who in the world uses blind-fire?
How are the graphics bad? If you've seen moving footage of the game you'd know that it looks pretty great. The basic movement animations can look a little stiff in combat, but that's all I have to complain about.
And is this guy really complaining about bad voice-acting? Fable has always done that extemely well.

Bayonetta's freakish proportions are only due to her animation. A normal human body would never be able to show off the flexibility she has without looking like it's about to twist itself apart.

Decade old tech? Okay, I'll agree that the 3DS does use reasonably aged hardware and is somewhat underwhelming as a next-gen handheld, but 10 years bad? Not even close. The oldest thing inside the 3DS is from 2006 (that's 4 years in case you didn't know).
