This was unexpected. I hope he finds success in whatever he wants to do from here. I love the Gears games (and Bulletstorm) so it's sad to see him go.
Stay classy, internet.
GT does that sometimes, usually with big games. Lots of negatigve comments about many aspects of a game throughout a review then BAM, a score around 9. They've been like this for the Assassin's Creed games, for instance.
As much I'd rather not believe it, they seem like they're being paid off for a high score or they're too afraid of a backlash for giving a highly anticipated AAA game a low score.
A PS3+Vita combo costs at least $200 more than a single Wii U system. The Vita alone is barely able to stand on its feet with titles and Sony hasn't given reason for me to believe that will change soon. Nintendo is suffering the same problem with the 3DS. Few people actually own a Vita, as well. Now who besides Sony will bother with crossplay all things considered?
There's also the fact that the Wii U is designed for this function. I've been hearing reports of l...
So the "failures" are a soundtrack he's never heard and the absence of Bungie, even though 343 is responsible for all those successes and advances he counted?
Wat?
A game that prides and basically sells itself off fanservice is not what should be called a good game in any culture. It wasn't even good for what is was.
And my point being that NG2 was awful compared to the original. I don't care how PO'd Itagaki was at Tecmo (which I am aware of), he made a bad product and disappointed many fans. The camera was still awful, the level design was frustrating and occassionally deceptive, and the incredibly cheap spamming AI that...
Do you mean Itagaki? The guy who made the Dead or Alive Volleyball/Vacation games that touted ridiculous breast physics and overdone fanservice a key element in the game? The guy who created the mess of cheap AI and awful level design that is Ninja Gaiden 2, his "swan song" before leaving TN?
Yeah I don't miss him.
Only one I've played on there is Tales of Vesperia, which I enjoyed a lot.
The World Ends With You was another favorite of mine that I think is underrated (commercially anyway), but I suppose that doesn't count as this generation in any way being on the DS.
I've been interested in RoF, but I've never gotten around to trying it. Maybe it's time to give it a go.
"The moral of the story is that you're a b*tch."
This guy is such a heartless, immature ass that you can't help but love him.
All this bickering surrounding the Wii U is only the beginning of a new console war. Prepare yourselves because it's only going to get worse once the rest of the new generation starts rearing up.
I find myself wondering if and how Moxxi used that gun in her posession.
It's either this or no Bayonetta 2. SEGA is no position to invest into a sequel of a less than particularly profitable franchise considering their massive cuts that have been going on.
I'm not thrilled that Bayo2 is on another console as a fan of the original, but this franchise deserves to be expanded upon and if this is all that can be done than so be it. I know what I'd want if I had to decide according to the first sentence of this post.
Most of the humor is not pop-culture references and if you've gone anywhere past the introduction you'd know the vast majority of it is delivered through dialogue, not slapstick. I'm wondering if you've even played the game.
But who am I to question your clearly superior tastes in comedy?
My team of 3 literally beat him in a matter of seconds.
Hint: Use corrosive weapons and aim for the head.
As a Bayonetta fan I'm actually fine with the Wii U exclusivity.
For the 720/PS4 arguments, they need to ask if Platinum could really develop for them. Development costs are going to skyrocket again with next-gen and Platinum doesn't have nearly the audience to make a feasible profit with that. They have trouble making a profit with even the current gen costs.
As far as current gen quality tech goes, the Wii U is superior in key respects and that ...
Looks like the Wii of this generation. A bit better than the systems of the current (or maybe previous) console gen, but not out of the ballpark.
I imagine a significant portion of that OS RAM is going toward the controller. Still what's left should be plenty for seamless multitasking between the different features. Otherwise the one GB left for gaming will be a big asset for the system.
Though the HDD memory is definitely disappointing even if you...
It seems kind of lame to introduce a completely new faction of enemies after all these years and then have only 3 main types of them. Not very interesting if you ask me and I hope there's more than this.
Bikini armors actually have really good stats, funnily enough.
I'm glad GBX does this. That way I can plan my character's development beforehand and not waste 5-10 minutes looking at menus in co-op. I wouldn't want to annoy my team.
If these were just civil complaints and not threats, I can't really say anything negative about the people who voiced them. Unless things get nasty this is purely Activision's choice to edit the map.
I was going to make a mini-rant about how Muslim's are unfairly stereotyped and generalized into villains based off their selfish leadership and relatively small sects of violent puritans, but I don't want to add more to this fire of senseless ranting.
