Strider 3 would definately be fantastic. Especially with the updated visuals.
Another game I would love a sequel for is Phantasy Star. A true Next-Gen sequel not another Phantasy Star Online.
for a sequel to Kid Icarus ever since the SNES. Sadly it never happened.
Killer Instinct 3 would also be fantasic. Hopefully Rare has it in the works. The original KI is one of my favorite fighting games of all time.
And if they are going retro I would really like a new sequel to Blaster Master and Shinobi.
Seems like some emotions run high when people are debating about a piece of plastic. Funny how Zhuk's post is reported as SPAM and this post isn't. This is probably the most hateful post I have ever seen on N4G and is a clear violation of the guidelines.
Titntin-"You know, its posts like this one, and the countless others that Zhuk and his other brain dead compatriots continually spam over this site, that make me want to simply throw away my 360 and pretend I never had o...
EA would just lower the settings on the 360 port. It would also make sense bc porting things from PC to 360 is a fairly quick and inexpensive process.
Not to mention Crysis hasn't been selling that well. So EA will want to recoup investment costs.
aspects of the Ninja Gaiden series was the hardcore difficulty. Games these days are far too easy. Most hack n slashes can be beaten without the use of the block button. Not using block in Gaiden would always equal death.
I am glad they are giving multiple difficulty settings but I am sure they will all be challenging. The Ninja Gaiden series has always had great AI.
Kind of sad actually. Ninja Gaiden seems to be the last of a dying breed trying for games to...
Maddens. Long time no see.
based solely on the multiplayer aspect. I think that COD4 wins in FPS graphicswise behind Crysis of course, and Bioshock has a really cool involving story.
But I think overall the multiplayer aspects of Halo 3 give it far more longevity. There are so many game types, and now the new maps. That was always one of the highpoints of the Halo franchise, Bungie is always adding updates. Even years later they added new maps to Halo 2.
I know that everyone's opinions...
this isn't posted as news. If you read the heading it clearly states article, Not news.
If you look at the top contributor for the month it is The_Round_Peg. I think he knows a little bit more about the contributor rules than you do. <sigh> He posted this. <sigh>
I enjoyed the first Jade Empire. I liked KOTOR more but Jade Empire was definately a unique concept and had a pretty good combat system. The graphics(for the time) were really detailed also.
For anyone who has never played it this is a pretty cool video from Gametrailers.

This is an "article", not a review. Please refer to the heading you can clearly see it is posted as article.
You are comparing Apples to Oranges.
Mass effect was brilliant. The writing and dialogue were really impressive. I have been a Bioware fan even back when they making PC only games(Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights). They have yet to let me down. The original KOTOR is still one of my favorites.
I do understand that everyone is entitled to their opinion but the Mass Defect review seemed to be trying to classify it in the shooter category. Which is far from the truth. It's combat sytem is actually an RPG/Shoote...
How is trolling brought up? If you would notice this article is in the gaming section of this website. Not PS3.
Notice how this Blademask character brings "me" up in his original post because he thinks it is fun to hate on me.
"Is it fine to write stories or blogs, then submit them as official published news/stories?!? Bloodmask does the same exact crap."
Why bring me up in this post?
You are the one crying over this article being posted not me. I am just telling it like it is.
Go ahead and report me. What have I done wrong?
"Just because all of your fellow fanboy enthusiasts do it, doesn't make it acceptable on the site."
Are you calling Predator a 360 fanboy enthusiast? He is the one who submitted this story you know.
why don't you just give it up. You bring up one story submitted by me. I notice you don't bring up Predator(the person who actually submitted this story.) You Sony fanboys hide under the guise of actually looking out for the integrity of N4G when in reality you are just throwing a temper tantrum bc this article is stating things that you don't like.
Face it, you don't like this article bc it doesn't support your own personal agenda. I know it's cool to hate me bc I give Son...
Xbox 360 definately had a great Christmas when you look at both harware and software. Wii also did phenomenal hardware wise.
Sadly, this is N4G so no matter what PS3 did the best.
similar towards the other Street Fighters, but what I don't like is how the artwork seems more American.
Another good thing is that the speed of the game doesn't seem to have been slowed down with the transition to 3D. There still seems to be the 2 in 1 combos. And also a heavy emphasis on aerial attacks. Jumpkick sweep etc.
As a die hard Street Fighter fan I am still disappointed that Capcom didn't stick to a 2D sprite based system at least for the character ...
If you would do your homework you would see that Blu-ray and HD DVD have roughly the same amount of catalogue titles. More studios "does not" equal more movies.
Universal is massive (a bit over 7500 catalogue titles):

Paramount/Dreamworks (a bit over 3700 catalogue titles):

if you would pay closer attention you would notice that the controller prototype seems to be detachable.
The big reason for the Wii's motion sensing success is "free hand" gameplay. This was the big push by Nintendo to change the control interface to simplify things.
The sixaxis does not offer free hand motion control. It seems more like a gimmick to compensate for the lack of rumble.
Now go back in your hole, Or "holes" for a...
looks pretty good but I do not have high expectations for this game even though the originals were fantastic. It just seems like when gaming made the transition from 2D to 3D some developers lost some of their magic. Sega being one of them.
The last two classic franchises resurrected by Sega were Shinobi and Altered Beast on PS2. Both average at best. Being a long time Sega fan it was a let down.
I will keep my hopes up for the new iteration of Golden Axe. I...
I was unaware that the 360 install base was at Almost 18 million. "Microsoft has sold more than 17.7 million Xbox 360 consoles worldwide."
I guess the Holiday rush had a huge impact. I do realize that the Holiday season is the busiest time of the year for gaming sales but I didn't know it was that huge.
With an attach rate of almost 7 games per console and a healthy install base, Microsoft will have great bargaining power for 3rd party exclusives for ...
