Why the are people disagreeing with this? People disagree that you are thankful for the info?

That makes no goddamn sense!

I lost my Grandmother in a sandwich related accident.

It's just kind of a clunky shooter now. I really don't mind the series going in a different direction, but when you have a hundred other games out on the market or coming out soon that look and play better, there's not much hope for the game, regardless of the name attached to it.

Seriously? I thought this was going to be a feature added a ways down the road.

Sweet, sweet nectar. Booting up the little guy right now.

In all honesty, I think if the price structure for "mobile" gaming becomes similar to that of dedicated gaming systems, the market will stagnate pretty damn fast.

Whether I think a well made Final Fantasy game is worth $30 or not, gaming on ipod and android devices is EXPLICITLY dependent on ease of entry, both from a gameplay and monetary perspective.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why developers put them in games.

No one is arguing contextual incongruities here, only that the context as a whole was not very noir-ish....like, at all.

The constant barrage of cutscenes, the editing, the lens effects, the pacing, the setting, the story, etc. etc. None of it played out like a Max Payne game at all. Sure, they wrote it into the story contextually and it does make SENSE, but that doesn't mean that it feels like a Max Payne game. It's very much a gritty action/crime setting in line wit...

It's not that I like the new Dante. I've been playing Devil May Cry since 2001, and I will fully admit that the new Dante looks like a total tool.

But in spite of all that, I think the rest of the game is looking pretty dang good. It just looks different. If it's bad when I play it, then by god, stop the presses, we have a BAD GAME ON OUR HANDS YALL.

I don't mind admitting that the game is bad. But I don't mind admitting when a game is goo...

Edit: Whoops, double post...somehow.

I still liked playing through it quite a bit, but I completely agree with you. The game lost almost ALL of it's identity.

I think the Chronicles of Riddick kind of set the bar for successful video game adaptations. EfBB was a genuinely great game.

That's the second most fun I've ever had with a pile of crap.

Yeah, that one is classic. WTF?

Yeah, Obsidian is a great company. They seem to have made a living out of picking up old RPG franchises and churning out respectable sequels for them.

Yeah, I wanna know too. Hopefully we'll get the Final Fantasies. I would love to play those on the OLED.

Naw, it's cool dog. I just wanted to make sure we were equal oppor-nudity is all.

But jeez, now that you mention it, I do kinda need to reevaluate my sexuality. I have been watching an awful lot of Glee lately...

Your idea includes full frontal male nudity as well, I'm assuming?

Going through New Londo and Blight Town smoothly (even if it's at 30fps) is seriously almost worth the price of admission...

Or rather:

next-gen: release totally unpolished game. Leave it, we already have their money and they don't actually own the game. HAR HAR HAR.
