I think after seeing several pro-Sony articles from that site [Sankaku], it's safe to say it's pro-Sony. Furthermore I think the people that's been submitting articles linked to the site are just doing the guy a favor - giving that site more hits from visitors of N4G who are willing to fuel the fanboy war.

From what I read on another site, Nier replicant features the hermaphrodite character Kaine, and the story is changed to that of Nier searching for a cure for his sister [rather than her daughter in Nier Gestalt]. Also , something about how the main character is more anime-like. Perhaps Nier replicant is the version to cater to the Japanese [otaku-anime-NEET] crowd.
