Overhyped is different when compared to overrated. You can still overhype a game and it can be great. Overrated definitely means overhyped but not the other way around.
As for gears, I think it's too short and I expected a much better storyline.
IMHO Gears' storyline sucks and I love the storyline in Resistance. It's up to anyone of course, but the important thing is not letting the press tell you what to like

I wish you could somehow save session's in web browsers like in Firefox, but not just your last session. Rather, make firefox documents that open all the websites you want with a single click. I'd also love to program macros for web browsers, that way I'd save lots of time when I download a lot of videos or music.
I bought the PS3 and the only accessories I needed were controllers. I will replace my 60GB HDD sometime soon for a 300 one.
