I can't get excited for a "iphone exclusive" game. This is f***ing ridiculous. Hell, I wouldn't even get excited if it was for 360, DS or PSP. Maybe for Wii or PS3 I would, since after playing MGS4, there's little they can do to push the boundaries of gaming after developing on PS3 if they go back to lesser consoles. The Wii only gets saved if they manage to unlock something good out of its controller but even then I can't hope for much.

I think I'll wait for more reviews
I don't buy into the hype, they turned a horror game into an action game; the original idea for RE4 seemed a lot better, the one where Leon was inside the manor of horror. To me the best games in the series were the old PS1 games. Hell, even RE Zero and Code Veronica were better. I liked the old gameplay and the old zombies, not the new attempt at changing the zombies.
Is the franchise too tired for the old zombies and old gameplay style? Perhaps. And that means the franchise ...

Nothing is exclusive forever
It's not that people "didn't love" resistance, it's that it is a flawed gem. I'll write my review relatively soon here. The game is great but the campaign is too short and the storyline is disappointing on some levels.
Why did this game get "rave reviews and huge sales" anyway? I speculate that the later came from hype and dozens of thousands of adds everywhere including 30,000 launch parties. But rave reviews why? Perhaps for the same reason and not reviewers actually doing their job of criticizing the broken multiplayer, and the short and patronizing campaign?
That's because they didn't have a plan for NXE to begin with, they simply tried to slap a Home clone as fast as possible to their defective console in order to 1up Sony. Too bad it didn't turn out to be as exciting as Home, it's basically more detailed Mii's and a new interface that doesn't even enhance the experience, just changes it.
"PLease wither go get a clue wtf you are talking about or stop talking about it.. Wii is 733mhz. PS2 was 233mhz.. that is more than just slightly more powerful..Its no wonder none of you want th game on Wii, you are completely ignorant to anything about the console"
Uh, no. PS2 was 333 Mhz, not 233. Furthermore, the power is not determined solely by the clock speed, you would know that if you knew anything about what you're trying to talk about. By your logic, the Cel...
Square clearly does. I mean who wouldn't rather earn a few million bucks than push the boundaries of gaming and earn less?
Neither the Wii nor the 360 have a better line-up, at least not beyond any reasonable doubt. 360 has more games with higher scores but it came earlier, so that's a natural. I can, however, play a better line-up on my launch PS3, I can still play all those awesome PS2 exclusives that came out in 2007 and 2008. I can't do that on Wii or 360. Wii has some innovative titles and casual games that attract new audiences but it pales in tems of quality in comparison to PS3 and 360. Even if 360 has a ...
And I bet KH3 will be on Wii too. F*** Square again.
PS3 is not gonna be taken advantage off by any dev except Sony. More gimped games. I hope Atlus puts Persona 5 on PS3 and takes advantage of that Blu-ray space.
Edit:
Disagree? I guess you either love DQX with last-gen technology or DQX with the same amount of content that fits on a DVD9. Either that or you want the Persona series to be held back for those that are too cheap to buy a PS3.
A 500-core CPU was tested last year in Japan and it was awesome. So no.
Because by the time it comes out, it'll already be a new decade.
That one goes to "Infamous" actually.
No but seriously, if you mean infamous as in low quality and at the same time overhyped, then Too Human comes first. Of course to some it would be Lair, because people love to hate everything PS3 related, but honestly, with an estimated 100 million dollar budget after being 10 years in the making, suing Epic games, getting a massive coverage at EGM in 2006 and being made by the developers of Eternal Darkness and Blood Omen, you c...
"Silicon Knights, you were so successful, i enjoyed all your games in last-gen and last-last-gen consoles, but you made a bad choice choosing the wrong console and made the biggest Flop in History. I hope you come back very soon in another console with better games."
(In reference to too flop and the great games that they made before, like Eternal Darkness, Metal Gear Remake, Blood Omen series)
"Namco Bandai, you were so successful, i enjoyed all ...
Draconian DRM is not the solution, Spore shows that draconian DRM angers consumers. Draconian DRM pretty much defeats its own point as shown by evidence, at least in current times. There are other ways to eliminate draconian DRM and prevent piracy. Here are two examples of "hidden" DRM:
1. Make games playable anywhere with an online account. While that's still DRM, it doesn't cripple the amount of consoles or pcs you can play the game at. You can play the game anytime...
And I'm having problems already. I think I'm gonna switch to Ubuntu relatively soon, after all I rarely use my PC for gaming if at all. I have consoles for that. I'll simply switch to Windows whenever I wanna game.
Probably too expensive for Sony to pay for that =(
Damn it, Sony
