This is what people don't get about gaming: sometimes it doesn't need to 'innovate' to 'invigorate'.

The Bond franchise lends itself to incredible action pieces, story and overall entertainment--perfect for a video game. I don't need fancy game design or new features. Just some solid Bond-esque action, which Blood Stone seems to deliver. The author mentions much of the game holds your hand--but that's whats needed for a theatrical presentation....

Pre-orders have already met/exceeded MW2. The COD4 gamers will bite the bullet this time and switch to BOPS. Not to mention MoH bombed and people are leaving Bad Company for BOPS.

He predicts a lower Metacritic score too? How does he know this? Crystal ball?

Sometimes I think Patcher just says things 'for the lolz'.

The guy contradicts himself constantly. The CoD Points are lame, story is confusing, the guns are borrowed from MW2, random deaths in single player...

...yet by the end they call it 'borderline revolutionary'?

I can't wait for BOPS, and I'm sure it deserves all the 9's it'll get, but this is a review pandering for hits and playing fiddle to the fanboys.

If you actually played the prequels, you'd know that isn't true. Go back to playing Kinect buddy.
