Fanboys will be fanboys regardless of the system.
@ Scotland-Tha-Brave
lol no, he man.
@ Darkfiber
Good call, I missed page two.
Some of the characters on the second page are a bit more minor, but the article as a whole is hardly characterized as 'random'.
Ironside had been doing Splinter Cell for years, he's arguably more famous than Sam Fisher *because* of it.
Hayter *is* Snake, don't forget it. Not to mention an accomplished screenwriter.
Deckard Cain is to Diablo as Obi-Wan ...
Yeah, I got Splinter Cell: Conviction for $9 brand new. MoH/Enslaved/Alan Wake/ME2 are are dirt cheap these days.
Are you QQing because Gears of War or Halo characters didn't appear on that list?
Funny how butthurt fanboys get.
In all seriousness, almost none of those characters are 'minor'. Not to mention many of the actors themselves are famous for other things (See Ironside, Hayter, Sheen, Dorn, Liotta, Diesel.)
So in short, what the $#%& are you talking about?
PS3 14.40m
X360 14.28m
It's cool to be in 2nd place. Say hello to all those new casual gamers.

Day one.
If you don't buy KZ3 on release you're a closet xbox-fanboy.
Wow you're whiny.
Overall Valve gave us an incredible sale and brought some amazing games to the hands of people who would otherwise avoid them due to price.
...and you're bitching the last day wasn't good enough? You sound like a self-entitled wuss.
Nintendo has done similar things in the past. Not to mention they basically pioneered developer 'fanclubs'.
Sucks you *can* play Flopdown 2.
lol
Big B2TF fan. Looking forward to this.
No 360 release though eh? lol
Dude, you haven't even played Mass Effect until you've played 2.
Explosive Mission Pack > Tactical Enhancement Pack
It comes with an extra mission featuring an original Deus Ex character.
Good 'ole Microsoft. When they're not charging you to play online they're maxing out your credit cards for some 'Hot' picture packs.
Obvious troll is obvious.
Yeah, dark_king is right. Game prices have been around $60 for decades, even during the NES days.
It's not the $60 price that's killing us. It's the:
"Hey, want to unlock content already on the disk? Sure, $10 please."
We bend over for that. Ever bought a DLC that was only 100kb in download size? Yeah, because it was already on the disk. You paid $10-$15 to *unlock* it.
That's the kind of cr...
Day one.
Yeah, I'm looking forward to this game. Considering the little amount of hype (so far) and the over-saturated shooter market I have a feeling this will disappear into the bargin bins.
The map is the worst in FPS history because of...the spawn system? It's really not the map that's the problem then is it?
Sounds like the sensational title is just 'f0r teh hitz'.
That'd rough man.
I'm glad articles like this are happening. I know a few people who are addicted, and their lives are going down the drain.
