Content creator... mission/story driven multiplayer?
GTA never seems to cease to impress.
Will probably be one of my last games of this gen.
Heavily rumoured Sumo Digital is developing LBP3.
MM have a new IP, which is always welcome (as much as I like LBP, I feel as if their creativity is somewhat hampered being tied to a single IP). Can't wait to see what they do though.
Microsoft PR guy said on Neogaf "if [they] were to remove the Kinect from the bundle, then THAT would be a 180... but it's not going to happen".
To be honest, I think Microsoft will stick with their guns and release it still bundled with the Kinect. They either have to drop it now (announce at Gamescom) or risk dropping it during generation where some games may need patches to work without Kinect.
Although, considering they said they wouldn'...
People are more upset with what Microsoft's vision for the future was. It tainted their image in many people's eyes.
Microsoft were forced into doing 180s, they knew that if they were to remain competitve they had to. They wern't doing it out of the goodness of their hearts, or their care for the consumer.
That been said, I fully expect Microsoft will recover and rival the PS4 this gen. It's still very, very early days, and a lot can change ov...
@Craig
Or maybe it's because your comment seems to just resound of flamebait.
The comment is completely off topic, and is purely there to start some sort of argument.
It'll be interesting to see if Minecraft can hold its spot for another week or two, however.
The difference with the Move is its close to 1:1 accuracy, and ability to readily use integrated buttons.
It is due to this that it may be used as a suitable alternative for quite a few games (Killzone 3 Move integration comes to mind, as well as Littlebigplanet 2 Move packs) without seeming gimicky or tracked on. Many people perform better with the Move in KZ3 (possibly helped by the aim lock).
So the difference is while Kinect is mainly viewed as a neat add...
Correct - free to play games are free to play, not requiring PS+.
@nick
Generally, people don't have a problem with those joining recently. However, in the past few months there are many, many accounts joined very recently, all which seem to spurt off the same type of comment.
It's the start of a new console gen, which inevitably leads to new console arguments - hence, there is reason to be suspicious of new accounts joining, especially when they comment in a biased fashion.
That being said, golding...
There seems to be an influx of Xbox Fanboy/Troll accounts recently - that's most likely why.
On another note, I just realised the site is handytips, i.e. the site which brought us the rumour yesterday about Xbox One's "reannouncement" (later denied).
It seems as if this website has an agenda - and I certainly won't be giving them hits.
Sony don't flaunt around the "power of the cloud".
I've bookmarked your comment.
Let's see the impressions we both have on Day One.
I'm buying a gaming console - I primarily want it to play games. I don't care for all the social/TV aspects on either console - I use other devices for that.
From what we've seen from gameplay it looks to be better/less linear than previous titles.
I've got it preordered and it will be my first PS4 game I play.
What I personally think looks even better gameplay wise is Killzone Mercenary on Vita though. I don't have a Vita yet, but the looks of that game make me want one.
"Microsoft has plenty of" vision.
Are you kidding me? Basically all of their so-called "vision" for this generation has lead to widespread critisims, and many 180s.
The source you listed about the headset says nothing about its quality.
Seeing as your account was created just over a day ago, I'll assume your attempting to just troll, in which case, at least have a bit more wit and/or personality about you.
I don't really want to give hits to the site, since I've already read about the article from Neogaf, but is it the same "reporter" who broke the news about the supposed "seven" minute PS4 recording and the initial FUD about the PS4's ram situation?
If so...
On top of it, the content of the article doesn't make much sense from what I've heard. For one you can't compare a console architecture by just choosing and com...
@ John's latest image
Look at those curves on the top of his head. You can count the number of straight lines, look at his finger, same problem. Look at the texture of his clothing.
His eyes are lifeless, which cause the entire face to sit right in uncanny valley.
Dimples and sweat do not make an impressive looking face. For goodness sake, he doesn't even have hair.
I've seen that shot posted multiple times and ...
When I first discovered the site there was still the Open Zone, so all fanboy arguments were in their dedicated space and people who wanted to seriously discuss games had a seperate space.
To be honest, I felt that was a much better option for a site like N4G.
The console wars had calmed down towards the end of this gen, but this new one has started it all over again. What bothers me the most however is seeing the amount of 10-30 day old troll accounts, they&...
@dedicatedtogamers
I want to know exactly that as well.
The quote is ability to store "your profile, games, Achievements and entertainment".
Profile and achievements is a given - that already happens for all members on whatever system. That info is stored on a server, and always will be.
By games and entertainment, I assume they just mean the licenses to download them? Or the ability to stream movies/music if you bu...
One of the options I want is to delete 0%-1% trophies off my trophy list.
I don't care all that much, but would be a lot better looking if all those could be deleted.
I also wouldn't mind a search option for my purchase history/download list.
Or even just some sort of alphabetical arrangement... anything!
What he actually quoted wasn't as radical as what the headline would lead you to believe.
"Why should [the consumers] be the ones to deal with a flawed system? They are the guys we do this for. They are the ones who should be able to benefit the most from being able to buy it."
Weerasuriya isn't supporting anti-consumer practices, he just hopes that the development houses can get what they deserve.
The headline has blown wh...
Improve at trolling, please.
