All them things you mention we already knew about a long time ago except project beast.
Compared to MS lately, Sony has done pretty much no talking about what they have in store for PS4 aside from VR. We knew about everything else they have been talking about lately. Understandable that MS came out to boost their image again, but I expected something more from Sony in the last few months. I'm hoping they have saved all the big news for E3.
Bring back the god damn local tournament mode. Can't believe they got rid of that.
I will believe it when I see it. Guerrilla are amazing developers but their stories are trash.
It's a TPS, I honestly don't know how they are going to make it worth the delay. Even if it's on Gears level, it has been done before. The benchmark for TPS is Uncharted if you ask me, and it isn't going to top that.
But what hype are they building exactly? I fully expect a new Halo, Gears, or Forza, etc; basically what they do every E3 with one of their franchises, nothing new. The rest of the hype is all the reversals they have been doing and tech talk about cloud power, DX, etc. They need to actually show something (dare I say it) real, that will work on your X1 the day they announce it.
They also need a mega third party exclusive. MS studios just aren't up to making AAA games ...
As long as 30fps is locked down the rest is a bonus. I tend to forgot about graphics, resolution, etc. when I am into the game. It's an afterthought 20mins in.

The PS4 is a great price, but probably their first competitively priced item I can remember. Their TVs are way too expensive, their phones slightly expensive and their cameras are expensive as well. Please don't get me started on how much their lens' cost!!
(SPOILER!!) I agree, I didn't even finish it. When I first turned it on and played it I was genuinely blown away, but as it went on it got very repetitious and the story faded away after Vaas died.
Maybe it used Kinect lol!
External HDD support, no Kinect anymore, lower price, games with gold, consistent 180's from MS (what will they reverse next!!?), etc. sets X1 out to dominate this gen from here on in!

Didn't even finish it. It looked great but I am bored of the GTA formula at this stage, and I couldn't have cared less about the characters.
It will help but can't see them trumping Sony this gen. The X1 was built with Kinect in mind, and it's not like people aren't going to use it or stop buying it. They still need to reserve that room for it, so I don't see how unbundling it will help anything else the system could offer. At the end of the day, it's still the same console and as usual, quality games will be the deciding factor in who will "win".

Unfortunately Sony as a whole is just to big of a company, it's far bigger than the vast majority out there including Microsoft. They need to shelve their PC business and possibly TV business. They do well in imaging, gaming, TV & Film and mobile. They should downscale and stick to them.
@Clown - maybe, but then again 360 had that over PS3 and it took massively inflated sales numbers due to RROD to be up there with PS3 sales.
Said it before and I will say it again, MS will never get my money again. Such a pathetic games company.
Don't have much hope for Sony's E3 after GG and MM said they have nothing to announce. I wonder who else has nothing to announce.
