So far, Dragons dogma 2 for me
@Alos88
People must learn to wield opinions better. So many brandish them with reckless abandon. Knowing how to build or create a thing gives greater understanding. This understanding helps us to assess the reasoning behind certain implemented aspects of a game.
Well said. The qunari are widely varied. For goodness sake, Sten just looked like a very tall human and didnt even have horns. There is definitely a distinct difference between genuine criticism, and a lack of contentment. What we get nowadays are people so overstimulated and jaded, that they cannot be pleased unless they themselves design the game( which Baldurs Gate 3 pretty much was made by fans). Thats the only game I don’t hear people whine about.
Every dragon age game has changed the appearance of the some of the designs. Some of the designs look strange to me, but some of their choices look really good. When will players stop being bothered by small things?
@Christopher
You are speaking facts? Here comes the downpour of downvotes. Looks like they got here before I did.lol
Cant be that crappy, most of the people in these comments wouldnt even be able to lift a finger towards building even an asset in the game.
People have come up with so many different ways to just say this simple thing: They dont like the game
Black Myth wukong put me to sleep. I have no intention of going on an elaborate tirade to explain how the game failed and what it did wrong. I will just go play something else. Nice and easy solution.
I am glad to see a thread where people can see the value in both games for what they provide. Hopefully other games get that same understanding *cough cough* starfield…
Unfortunately, people put too much stock into reviews. Im still getting the game, wven after seeing the negatives in reveiews, because those things that I see being complained about in this game to lower its score, are issues that are also in games that are championed as “good” or “great”.
Especially with Black Myth wukong. With the almighty as my witness, Wukong is one of the first games I haveel ever played where I actually start to fall asleep with the controller in my ...
What we deem complete. There is always something else an artist would like to tweak or add, but time is a finite resource.
Almost no game comes out complete, just would we personally would deem as enough. Starfield was ultra ambitious, and its clear they were not completely ready to launch the game. Game still great though
@just_looken
Its not an 8-10 game to you. There are people who think every game is bad, doesn’t matter. Starfield is what it is, our observations and thoughts wont change that.
Sure, I bet it is. 🧐
Depends on what you deem as quality. Suicide squd is understandable to be in the thumbnail, but for me, Starfield was great and has quality in its own strange way. But its a sly way to get views… and it worked.
People think that every cubic centimeter has to be dripping with new content. Linear game with different boss fights: “ Yeah this is great.”
Ultra massive game with repeated boss fights but 50 times the number of bosses in linear games: “You guys reuse bosses too often.”
This is a sign of something that requires much deeper analysis and correction than bosses in a game: People and their lack of contentment and gratitude.
Doesnt even make sense. Its a single player game
Comparison is the method of interpretation of the blind
The way people keep turning their attention to it says otherwise. People rely too much on statistics. It doesnt matter if people stopped playing it. People stop playing games
Part 2:
Many people would tell me immediately that loading screens and empty planets prove that they failed to pull it off. If you play Starfield like a conventional game yes, it will seem disjointed and lazy; however, to those who realize what Bethesda were going for, you will see that the game is severely underestimated. The idea of God is hated and loved by many, and there is much controversy. Starfield is closer to that idea than people even notice.
Bioware hasn’t quite been themselves in the past few years. Even if the game is really good, Bioware must earn back the trust they had.
