There is no need for a wakeup call. People screw up. Or have people forgotten that?
For all the naysayers out there that were giving a single player game crap for player base loss, low and behold. We were not coping.
Its a single player game, doesnt matter.
Lol. Its a single player game, one that many have already played once before. Beware if perception manipulation
Its already GOATED, cant get much better.
It makes for effective click bait. Even with Palworld dominating gaming news right now, there are still some clinging to the Starfield train trying to get the clicks
@CobraKai Indeed. Now some people just stop by for lols, but when you consistently see a negative starfield article garner so many comments in mere minutes of driopping, you know its living rent free in heads
No one cares, yet here we are puling up the comments everytime something drops for Starfield, unable and unwilling to give any positive energy to it. Yet we are here giving our time to a game we dont like. Might as well be playing it.
Developers made that quote because people dont get it. They think Bethesda slipped up, not realizing that Bethesda made the game like that intentionally. Some find it boring and unfun, but some people like what the game has to offer. Its just a different game. Expectations will kill you every time.
Most recent reviews were mostly negative. Beware of perception manipulation.
@Flawlessmic It is a new direction though. Why do you think people are complaining about loading screens and lack of exploration? If it was fallout in space, there would be two major locations with hand crafted content and since the game would bot be taking place across multiple locations, there would be far fewer loading screens. Game is different.
Maybe some of us just understand that its a different game. It only seems bad because people were expecting something else and assuming that Bethesda dropped the ball. They knew exactly what they were doing. Its fine for people to not like this new direction, heck, I cant stand the new direction of Zelda games right now. But that doesnt make them bad
Thats the thing about it. Nobody understands whats going on with the game. It doesn’t take x amount of time for the game to get good. People just found something that hooked them in. Maybe it was a companion, maybe a gun they found that they liked, maybe a quest. Heck, maybe they had an epiphany and realized there is something they like about the game, but it doesn’t take long to know if a game is for you or not. Once you see the core gameplay lop, you know if you like it or not, and this ca...
The majority actually like the game. Beware of perception manipulation
Starfield did alot, and that may actually be apart of the “issue”. They dallied in so many different systems that none of them are above mediocre at best
Good point. A friend of mine made a good point as well. He said: Bethesda market as a big AAA game, but they are AA at heart. And we all know that AAA games have certain expectations. As much as I love Starfield, it does not meet those expectations. But thats okay. Just market the game appropriately.
Its a mix of peoples expectations. People have a laundry list of “issues” with Starfield, but the issues are the result of it being a different game rather than a bad game.
Downvoted to hell for liking the game.lol
Hes getting downvoted because the bots thought he was talking about Starfield.lol
Here we go again. There are games that outperformed BG3, are they better games though? Just let people play what they want. No need to investigate so much into this. Suicide squad is a game people should be worried about
