Same here, although I do plan on giving DayZ a go at some point.
I would have no problem with Spyro being in Skylanders if it meant that he got his own games too...
"The Amazing Spiderman is Ok, it’s not great but it’s definitely better than average and bordering on being good."
And yet, its given two reasonably high scores: 9 (for "Spiderman fans") and 7.5 (for "regular gamers").
WTF.
...and here I was thinking I would never have to hear the name "HipHopGamer" mentioned ever again.
:(
Good to hear! It's a win/win for Ubisoft and gamers. If the new IPs are successful, Ubisoft can turn these new IPs into franchises (like they did with Assassin's Creed), giving us more games to buy. Yaaay!
The starter pack comes with three characters, each one a different element (Spyro, Gill Grunt, Trigger Happy). You will need to purchase 5 more characters to be able to fully complete the game.
There are also three expansion packs out. Each pack comes with a new level, item and character. These packs are about twice the cost of a regular character and are probably of better value.
It is reasonably expensive, but the game is a lot of fun. I haven't purchas...
Other way around. Matt and Trey approached Obsidian to do it.

How mature of you.
"Was never a fan of Assassin's Creed after that boring AC1"
Ah, the gamer mentality... "If the first game sucks, the rest must suck too!"
Just because the first game wasn't great, that doesn't mean its sequels aren't.
- Assassin's Creed 3
- Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation
- Far Cry 3
- Rayman Legends
- Watch Dogs
Ubisoft had some great stuff for sure.
Wow, 12 disagrees? Really???
This seems to happen with every new game that features a tacked on multiplayer mode. When multiplayer is announced, people initially hate it and then change their minds as soon as they see gameplay footage.
Anyway, I agree with you completely. Multiplayer isn't needed.
"It almost seems like a generic MMO RPG with TES name slapped on top for no reason"
How is it generic, exactly? Here's a description of one of the hundreds of side quests available, from Destructoid:
"The player was in a city that had been taken over by werewolves, led by a general zombie werewolf. While exploring, a point of interest marker showed up on the game map, indicating that an interaction was available. Traveling to that point, a ...
It looks great so far, but I was hoping to see some actual gameplay.
Every time I see screenshots for this game, I can't help but wonder how much better the game would be if it was controller based.
"i did, not impressed at all"
Wow. Obviously we disagree there. :P
Rayman Legends is my favourite Wii U exclusive
Watch a gameplay video and you'll see why people are looking forward to it.
Awesome.
Hopefully they can work out a deal to use the KoA IP.
I was just about to write that! DAMMIT!!
I don't get it. Why do people want remakes of old games on new consoles?
