You know very well that most people wouldn't pay full retail price for DLC. Yes, the content in Saints Row 4 was originally planned to be SR3 DLC, but just like Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, THE CONCEPT HAS EVOLVED INTO A FULL RETAIL GAME.

Aaaaand you just pointed out the big difference between the two consoles... IF the PS4 will LAUNCH with several exclusive games - that's still a lot more exclusives than the Wii U has had in the FIVE MONTHS since its release.
I'm actually playing through Max Payne 3 now for the first time. I'm at the start of Chapter 12. I LOVE it. I hope there is a sequel in the near future (I'm assuming that Max survives the game's ending).
If Rayman Origins is a 2D platformer, then Ratchet and Clank is a 3D platformer.
Crash, Spyro, Ratch and Clank, Jak and Daxter, Mario - these games have always been referred to as PLATFORMERS. I'm not sure you even know what a platformer is, based on what your comment...
It's way too early to judge the game entirely based on that one gameplay video. The player obviously wasn't very good at the game and they didn't really do anything in it aside from cast random spells and run around an island, which made the game look boring to play.
Wait for some better videos. Then judge it.

Not every Sonic game this gen has been crap. Sonic Colors was great and Generations was good too.
But yeah - Unleashed was mediocre and Sonic '06 was terrible.
