Ah yes, better judge a product you haven't even used. And unlike the light gun this has been used by many long before release, it's not a random product that has only been internally tested that gets released then flops.
Pretty much everyone who has used it has said the same thing. I've used it multiple times and the feeling of being 'in' the world is really there, but that's about it. But that's all it is meant to do. If you go in expecting a holo...
This video raises some good points that a lot of people don't seem to realise, especially that of the 'feeling'. People need to understand that the Rift is only the visual portion of Virtual Reality. You cannot magically smell, taste, feel, or hear anything, that requires different hardware, and you won't have the true feeling of VR until that time comes.
That being said, Rift is going to be amazing for both gaming and non-gaming applications, really looking f...
You should really learn how to at least use fullstops, your sentences are so damn hard to read.
I'm not actually sure what those first few words are even meant to say, but there aren't any killstreaks in the game, so why would they add them in later on and totally change the gameplay? And I'm not even sure how rewarding someone for getting multiple kills without dying makes it a game for children.
Holy shit you fanboys are funny.
"Oh yeah, how many burgers did McDonalds sell last week? Yeah KFC is where it's at!!!!"
And I'm not sure if it's something to brag about that the best rated game on either console is a 2 hour long PSN game that the majority of owners got for free.
@JohnnyTower
Think of all the complete crap on youtube. It's not hard to find the good from the bad provided there are measures taken to be able to do so.
You should buy a calculator with all that money you make from your amazing blogs. How did you get 6 as an average from those scores?
Wasn't the AI powered by the cloud? Just what does the cloud do in this game, besides being used for marketing buzz words?
Where are all the Sony fanboys defending how the developers are lazy because their console is a beast and can easily play this at 60FPS? Or are we going with that argument that it's on Xbone so it must be the same?
How the hell did OrangePowerz get disagreed with? What he said is spot on. Rendering resolution plays no role in file size, that's all to do with GPU/CPU. File size is increased by larger textures, since there are more bytes due to increase in pixels on the image...
It's very common for devs to reduce texture size in alpha/beta, even some devs do it for full release games (see BF3 and new COD).
I swear the fanboys don't even know what they are dis...
Not a surprise at all, the results would be even more skewed if the same poll existed on N4G.
You're confusing 'total' with 'active'.
"and i dont use any"
Judging by your crap grammar I don't expect much from your answer, but what do you believe the word 'active' in the title is referring to? Spoilers: It's not counting accounts that aren't being used.
Do you not read any Sony articles? The majority all go with the claim that PC gaming is expensive, I don't think many of the dedicated Sony fanboys will be playing this game.
Alpha invitations are fake because they haven't announced beta?
How are there people who can make blogs about gaming and yet not know that alpha and beta are two totally separate phases in game development.
Welcome to PC gaming where there is a thing called 'options'. Feel free to use what you want.
And don't judge it before you play it. Joysticks were weird as shit when they first started getting popular as well.
DLC announced before even showing gameplay. Is this what gaming has become?
30 devs on SP, 40 devs on MP.
or
70 devs on MP.
Why should it cost less again? It's the same amount of effort, only the part the majority are buying it for will be FAR better.
@Lukas_Japonicus
Whoever wrote that quote has no idea how cloud computing works at all.
You want a good example of previous cloud computing? 3D rendering. It can take days to render stuff, but Autodesk have offered their cloud servers to render the image and send it back. So what happens? They do a HEAP of processing, and then return THE RESULTS (a single frame, or short clip).
That's what cloud processing is. Process on the cloud, send t...
Consolers aren't satisfied with the exact same things he is talking about...
Just because it doesn't effect you, doesn't mean it doesn't effect others.
Oh, like how Starbound early access hit over 1 million sales despite having no proper DRM?
