Nasim, I've had it happen to me. When you don't plug in a cable all the way, the four lights come on. I can see how some people might think their console is broken if they don't know what the four lights mean.
I got four lights once when I hooked up a Nyko Intercooler and it wasn't plugged in all the way. I almost had a heart attack. I plugged it in again and it was fine. I've since realized that the Intercooler is not needed and did away with it.

I like Vista so far. I don't have it personally but I've used it. I hear that one of the worst things about Vista is driver incompatibility because it's so new. I don't think that I will try to upgrade my computer to Vista, I will just wait until I buy a new computer with Vista pre-installed. I think that's the way to go.

I'm sure neither company is happy about the delay. GTA is a console mover. Most people know that this is coming out on both consoles. Knowing that, people probably look to other games to make a decision as to which console to get. The bottom line is that both companies were/are looking forward to its release, which will now not be a part of the Christmas season.

I don't know how anyone can disagree. Monopolies lead to poor quality and high prices. I want Microsoft to have a decisive victory this generation, but at the same time I want the other two to do well enough that they're all three in a position to eventually be #1. This will lead to better gaming experiences for less of a price.
It's amazing how people watch the Amazon bestsellers list like it's the stock market. Console sales will be affected by AAA titles like Halo 3, and price cuts will spike the sales as well. When MGS4 comes out, PS3 will go up.
Hopefully the 360 will stay on top for a while. We could be seeing the beginning of the "Halo effect".

There's no doubt that the ps3 is built well. If this article is true, that's quite a feat for a piece of electronic hardware. Could the 360 do that? Probably not.
However, now the 360's have improved hardware, with the new heatsinks and smaller chips. Things have been addressed. What happens when everyone who's had a problem has a 360 that works great? What happens when hardware is no longer an issue, which for MOST PEOPLE has not been?
