I love some of the Indies I have on PS4, many are superior to some AAA games. But if you prefer predictable, safe, risk free titles stay away.

PS4 has more highly rated exclusives and console sales so the idea that Sony would worry about their games being inferior whist still outperforming MS in sales numbers, revenue and ratings is ridiculous.

Wii users were too dumb to know the difference. That is, the casual market of Grandma's and bandwagon jumpers that the Wii garnered, who didn't have a clue about gaming beforehand.

Morpheus (in the context of PSVR) has nothing whatsoever to do with the Matrix. Morpheus was the Greek God of dreams for many centuries before any wooden actor ever dreamed of appearing in an overrated Hollywood flick.
The God of Dreams = VR, that was the thinking behind the name.
You have to improve PC specs more drastically because of all the inevitable flab in the system.
Also PSVR comes with a processor of its own, do you really think Sony would release a peripheral that doesn't work on the console its designed for?
VR isn't the biggest game changer here. Being able to acquire an FIA license by playing a videogame is way beyond anything any videogame has offered before.
Imagine a flight simulator that when mastered awarded you with a real-life pilots license.
This is the biggest thing in any game ever.

I won't miss out, I'll reluctantly play on my PC (I just wish I didn't have to). As for the control scheme being impossible to convert to consoles, that's what they said about Diablo, which actually works better on consoles.
It wouldn't be easy to convert, but it would be possible to do a decent job with a little effort.

I work with PC's all day, gaming is better on consoles, that's just a fact.
P.S. I work in film/television production and use a PC that would give people like you a lifetime of wet dreams. I still prefer gaming on consoles (by a mile).

No figures have been released so any success is relative (the highest selling title could have 50k sales for all you know).
It's actually really good. It feels like a modern Amiga game (Thank God, it was needed).
It's gaming from a time before the rinse & repeat gameplay and story telling mechanics were established. Very Refreshing.
It's actually a lot better than average, its a good, fun game. The combat is tight, visceral and fun and you don't feel spoon fed.
It feels true to the original whilst having more advanced gameplay elements (which were required and aptly applied).
Shadow of the Beast was one of the best all time games on my joint favourite system of all time (tied with c64).
Its as mediocre as Zelda, Halo or Uncharted. It was the pinnacle of gaming on the system at the time.
Anybody with any real passion or interest in gaming history should own this title merely for the bundled original.
It's "Shadow of the Beast" and has the original version packed in. If that means nothing to you, you probably won't like the game.
If like me you would have paid £11:99 for the emulated Amiga version, and get a brand new reboot for free, it has to be 100/100.
