It was a high quality title, one of the best on the PS2.
It was in no way "shit", it isn't really a valid viewpoint without extrapolation. It smells of someone who never played it.
If someone said Uncharted 4 was "shit", you probably wouldn't take it seriously without more of an explaination. Same thing.
I loved revolver, the sense of humour was spot on. Redemption was a completely different game, they aren't really the same genre (both Western themed, but one is a level based comedy/action shooter and the other is a Cowboy sandbox ).

You twat, I've built over 30 custom PC's for people over the years. I work in film production with computers that would blow anything you've ever dreamed about out of the water.
I 've always played both, but use my console a lot more nowadays. I was trying to tell you why I prefer consoles, but you aren't smart enough to listen without becoming de...
You are obviously a bit thick, you misunderstand everything .........
You call people peasant and then go on about how much money you save on games, how crude you dirty little street urchin.
I was only talking about the front end being infinitely better on consoles (which it is). The whole experience is tuned to gaming, whereas PC is Google, email, word processing etc when you load up, it takes away from the immersion.

They don't have limitless funds or patience. If Xbox doesn't perform well they would drop it completely rather than plough billions into a dying business.
You may be able to last longer, but my punches are much harder, and you aren't going to stay on your feet for long enough for a points decision.
Just as there will always be terminal diseases.
@Bansai
At least they didn't delay their refresh console by a year.
"It probably wasn't"

It's a good, high quality, fun action shooter. I loved it.
(Now you have).

We had the specs back then though, "Beast", "6tflops", " targeting UHD Blu-ray ", aren't really solid figures.
The chips Scorpio will use aren't even in production yet so how can we say what their strengths are?
Kids always think they're smarter than everyone else, but they would, they are stupid morons after all.
@Guilty_Spark
You can't blame Sony's boxer for being complacent, he's been knocking out Xboxers day in, day out for years now.
*Wait for "Colin McCLOUD", he's 4 times stronger than PS4...
BANG! PS4 wins first round.
*" Danny DX", 12 fights undefeated ...(failed to turn up to fight. Some say he was there, but nobody noticed him).
*"Mister"secret sauce" X"...
How can you compare the hardware? All we know about Scorpio is "6Tflops" and people saying "beast" a lot.
Except in reality it is more like;
1) Ultra PC that 0.001% own and 99.9% claim to own.
2) High End PC that 5% own
3) Mid-Range (new) that 20% own
4) Consoles
5) the Average gaming PC 50% own
6) outdated, weak gaming PC that 25% own.
7) Vast majority of PC's in the world
Steam surveys show the average *online* gaming PC is barely capable...

@Ysmir
The console eco system and front end experience is lightyears better on console.
With regards to how they make you feel, PC gaming is a self-service motel, Console is a full 5 star luxury hotel complex with staff handy.
But Xbox games release on time, it's one of the best features of XBone, they don't delay games!!!
"gameCube ruLed gaming, that generation
ps2 sold more dVd players "
I think the company with the most software sales ruled gaming. PlayStation 2 had more gamers playing at any time than all others combined.
No contest.

Sony used to go by the mantra of (around) 7x power equates to next gen.
If they still adopt that rule, PS5 will release when 11-14 Tflops becomes affordable.
2020 seems optimistic but possible.
@Battleaxe
How is it obsolete? It will be unchallenged for power for at least a year (unless Scorpio has trouble with yields leading to delays).
The Scorpio is a pipe dream, It doesn't exist in the real world so it can't make anything obsolete.
I just wrote down some specs on a piece of paper that are 40% more powerful than Scorpio, I'm sorry but according to you, the Scorpio is now obsolete.
Sorry for des...
