It looks really good, and one of its best features is that it has a long battery life. My current bluetooth runs out of juice after just one hour. But it would be cool if Sony put a headset in the PS3 box as standard.
its great news. iPlayer works brilliantly but who likes using it hunched over their PC? iPlayer on Wii means you can catch-up via your TV screen. Great for the whole family.
The BBC already have said that they are committed to bringing iplayer to as many different platforms as possible. im sure its just a matter of time before it comes to the Playstation 3. The hard drive might enable the downloadable version of programmes. Eg better quality.

I think that is a good attitude Microsoft have. At then end of the day they are happy because its a homebrew, and the underlying message is that the real thing is only available on Xbox. Windows 2000 was a very well written Operating System that had to be fast on PCs circa 1999!. XP added home user features.
Vista is designed for mid to top end pcs of today. Therefore it needs a powerful pc. It also adds a lot of features. But i suspect the programming hasnt been streamlined leading to bloated code. Which means slower performance. My old underpowered XP PC started up much, much faster than my Quad Core Vista PC.

when going to Play.com Live I wasnt expecting any major exclusives, this was afterall a promotional event for the UK's second largest promotional company. But I was quite disappointed. The problem was firstly the location. the Wembley Stadium shouldnt have been used. Yes it was nice to go there, but it mean the limited floor space was split between 2 levels.
