With a woman in charge, our controllers' joysticks are in dire jeopardy =p
It stacks up in a few instances, but it is mediocre at bet in most things in the game. It's still a good game to play, even now; but it isn't one that you'll be coming back to constantly. It's just a fun type of game that is somewhat different, which is all that is really left of its charm. Once plaid two or three times, what is left of that charm is long gone despite being remembered as a decent but fun/entertaining game.

Holy crap, we've got a bad-ass over here!
You're trying WAY too hard.
Try to price match; some people are managing to get two Farcry 3 for $20 each (Amazon Price Match) and still get the $50 gift card. Just open the games and trade them in the next day or something; it's 100% extra trade in value at Best Buy and they'll basically give you $20 each. So you'll get the gift card for free lol.
He does have a point though, when you get past his insinuation of "my generation is smarter than the up-and-coming one". It is pretty obvious that the enemies in the game are not zombies, not in the traditional sense anyway, and anyone with any critical thinking skills would see that.
The only possible way they can exist in real life is if something caused the victim to become completely feral while also causing a high resistance to, maybe even nullifying the abilit...
The driving mechanics and how the effects weather can have are two things that are significantly different in GTA4 than in previous ones. You could very easily spin out in the rain if you drive a rear-wheel drive car (like a muscle car) too fast in GTA4; but drive the same car in the same weather in any of the previous ones and you could turn on a dime despite driving double the speed you were driving in GTA4's version.
Most of the changes involve graphics and the driving...
The most innovation we're going to see is on the game case; for once, the man is not walking towards you!
Oh, and fish AI.
Much of what gamers must demand must be done by speaking with our wallets. If we just demand it right now rather than let it be a gradual process, it could lead to gamers being incorrectly perceived as self-entitled pricks trying to bully the poor, poor corporations into respecting their customers and rewarding them for their loyalty. Which is exactly what many producers, developers, and Microsoft wants to happen because then they can just ignore our voice because they're too focused on s...
Yes, I did know that; that is why I never had a problem with the once-per-day check itself. I had the problem with the restrictions they put on damn near everything, which they claimed was BECAUSE of their always-online requirements as well as both their lie about family sharing requiring those restrictions+always-online and insinuations that WE, the gamers, took it from everyone.
No need for you to take a condescending tone when (1) literally everybody knows that and (2) I ...
Don't forget that their terms and conditions explicitly state, in a line of text isolated from the rest (which shows they wanted the line to be prominent) "Microsoft has the right to change any terms or features at any time".
While I will give MS props if they do not, it is possible that they might wind up pulling a bait-and-switch several years down the road.
Gamers didn't kill it, Microsoft did. It is very easy to do their family sharing plan without the always-online requirement. Microsoft was just pissed that they had to ditch their scam or wind up with only 1/3 of people buying their console over PS4, so they took their shiniest toy and went home to tell everyone how evil the cruel, selfish gamers are.
Why don't people just buy the Turtle Beach X12's? They may have a 15ft wire but you can plug them right into the tv and listen to literally anything playing through the TV. I've played N64 games with my X12s on; so for $60, you get a headset that'll work for any console.
However, you may want to get the P11's if you're a PS3 gamer since the chat will only work for the console the headset is designed for. X12 is for XBox 360, P11 is for PS3.
The only thing you can misrepresent with a PC demo for an XBox game is the graphics. Pitchford misrepresented EVERYTHING about the final Aliens game in the demo; from the graphics, to the AI, to the gameplay and writing itself. It isn't pirates that caused the game to sell poorly, it is the false advertising that caused it.
Corporate apologist.
Red Faction talked about Ultor, which is a major faction in Saints Row by Volition and that didn't take anything away. I think something like that would even be fine.
Dafuq? You responded to your own comment and directly disagreed with and insulted yourself lmao.
It's probable that it is his second language, but is recently fully learned. That said, what the hell does it matter? If you can fully comprehend what he wrote, you have no reason to be an ass about it beyond simply wanting to be an ass.
Same here; didn't Human Revolutions basically already tease the next game? If I remember right, it seems like the audio clips at the end of the credits hint towards a plot involving humans splicing DNA, creating chimeras or something, or along those lines.
Who said my personal experiences are indicative of everyone? Because I certainly didn't say anything that even comes close to insinuating that, much less outright saying it. I merely stated that there are plenty of people my own age that are strong-willed enough to go after what they deserve regardless of whether or not they get it.
Saying "My existence disproves your assertion and there are many with the same or a similar personality type as me" is not the same...
I'm 23, in a very successful marriage, got myself into a $35,000 per year job by bypassing the chain of command by going after and talking with a corporate rep that came into my work on the basis of refusing to be overlooked for idiotic reasons (such as the other guy being the favorite or they have seniority without experience, etc). Oh, and I'm a hardcore gamer and I know there are plenty of men in their 20's that are definitely marriable and as strong as I am.

Precisely my thoughts. The head of a division does not need to know about gaming, just be in tune with what gamers want. Many don't really understand the difference. When I was a mechanic in a car garage, we had a manager get hired that knew not a single thing about cars. Yet customer loyalty and satisfaction skyrocketed, overall work quality vastly improved, and our shop became the go-to spot for cars in the city.
You just need a person who knows how to lead and actuall...
