You still can refuse the sale since the child stated he was the one who wanted it and it being clear the father was buying it for him. I enforce the mature label about as strictly as I do cigarettes and alcohol when its clear the child will be the one playing it.
I would say only if that individual child is mature enough to handle the content. But that comes down to parenting, and very few kids are mature enough. Even more rare are those that are stable or well-adjusted on top of that. So it is more a subjective answer due to individuality.
Sleeping Dogs' torture scene was pretty bad and made me nauseated, you dont see me complaining about it. Why? Because it is a part of the story. Its not like it was torture for the sake of torture.
Because Capitalism. More money in the meds than video games.
As well as my psychology and economics degrees...
The fact he cannot have a mature debate with a gamer and refuses, while constantly insulting gamers' intelligence, proves he knows he has nothing that supports his claims and is too stupid to come up with a valid counter to our arguments.
What does it say about you when you insult people for no reason beyond them not having the same values as you? That you're immature and love yourself a bit too much? Yes.
Just because you find strip clubs distasteful does not mean you are in any way superior to those who like to go to a strip club. Any mature person would simply say they're not into it, not insult people for liking what you do not. Everyone loves perversion, even yourself; I can bet you have at least ...
They think these things are harmless because they are. Just because there is human trafficking and forced prostitution doesn't mean that those are the result of strip clubs. It's been proven that making anything of this nature illegal only makes crimes similar to what has been illegal increase. Drug trafficking only became big in the US after drugs were illegalized, same with alcohol during prohibition. You know what places have a bigger risk of a girl being kidnapped and sold into se...
GTA is hardly "the same thing again and again". Rockstar actually adds and tries new things with every release. The only thing CoD has added in the last few years has been fish and dogs. Unless you're the kind of person who compares Saints Row and Sleeping Dogs to GTA and claims they're GTA copies.
I think the idea is that, if you're buying the game expecting it to be new, fresh, or innovative then they think you're stupid because the recent CoD games have had none of those things. In some cases, they may be right, but most who have this mindset don't or refuse to understand it is more a case of hoping the best for a favored game rather than sheer idiocy.
Getting the 360 special edition. I may not be getting the XBox One but I still favor my 360 over my ps3.
You can get a wanted level as high as possible and see how long you can last driving around, laughing at the cops' poor driving. Then again, San Andreas was the most hilarious due to how the AI seemed intent on ramming everything else but you at high speeds at times lol.
Their only difference is theyre alive. Everything else is the same as their undead counterparts, unless you compare them to the shuffler variant.
Because he doesnt use logic when forming his opinion, apparently.
I want the steelbook but thats all that interests me there.
While I would like to have a female lead character and would find it very refreshing to play a strong female character for once in a GTA game, I don't see why it bothers people so badly that there hasn't yet been one. As long as the gameplay and story are good and you're having fun, what does it matter?
How is this a PR move? At best, it is a company saying "there's asshats leaking bits of our game, so tread lightly". It's what every company says, or at least wants their customers, to do so those customers who DON'T want to be spoiled don't accidentally click and read something that had no hint of spoilers and wind up with even just a small or large bit spoiled/ruined for them.
It actually was first leaked months before launch and BioWare then changed a bunch of crap while removing a lot of things that weren't complete to make up for the time spent doing what amounted to barely any changes in the ending prior to launch. Then it was leaked again a couple days prior to launch lol.
But when the option is not ripping anyone off and can be attained through in game means or real cash, whining about this is pointless. It is optional, doesnt impose anything on your personal experience, and only charges the lazy. You cant rip off someone willingly and knowingly buying it or those who choose not to in favor of unlocking them the way they should be.
