Anybody who knows how to write a good story knows the ending can make or break an entire story. Mass Effect may still be my top favorite trilogy but anyone with eyes can see ME3s narrative was all over the place and the endings presentation was very poorly done. And considering youre the one insulting people for not liking the ending, sounds like youre the only one that needs to grow up.
Common sense and what most companies call "good business sense" often conflict. Its rare for a company to have common sense.
And Mass Effect 3. It was obvious ME3 was rushed more than DA2, and that says something. The narrative was tripping over itself throughout most of the game.
Anything where competition is possible is a sport, that is why we call players purposely glitching in multiplayer to win or raging at the winner for not sucking bad sportsmanship.

Women are just as capable and able as men are, that is a fact. Dont believe me then pick a fight with one of the many women on the battlefield or the many women who practice martial arts or mma. I wouldnt have been opposed to a romance string seperated from the nice or friendly options, even if some were the same dialogue so the context is dictated by the player. It was a bit jarring and annoying ME1 to be ninjamanced by Liara.
