What's your point? NO game even remotely similar to GTA will have GTAs sales figures. That SR3 was able to set itself apart with a dildo bat was a smart move.
GTA is like COD and WoW. Its gone way beyond brand recognition. GTA could crush the competition with zero advertising. Gamers buy a promise. They don't read reviews then make a decision, they "day 1" the hell out of games.
This article was defending the dildo bat and the wise decision...
RAGE was open world (until you hit one of the numerous invisible walls) and, on PC, looked like crap. In my experience idtech failed to impress. The environment was nearly static and the textures looked like poo.
RAGE failed as a game because it was a tech demo, of which it failed at also.
Should have gotten the PC version I guess.
You really can't expect a game the size of Skyrim to be perfect.
(queue PS3 rage)
It won't look exactly like the teaser, but if anyone can get close its CDPR. Witcher 2 is damn sexy.
Probably because you don't know what you're talking about.
My major problem with SR3 was the lack of things to do compared to SR2. I'm fine with the crude humor, I just missed stuff like the firefighter side missions.
I also wasn't crazy about the way the dlc was handled.
Google the hidden message in the Cyberpunk trailer. There you will find the answers you seek.
@RuperttheBear
That disagree must have been a mistake.
@InMyOpinion
They're polish.
@disagree
You sure?
The Witcher 3. Pretty obvious.
One minor thing that always bugged me was the complete lack of brooms in the wasteland.
What I mean is, humans alter their environment, at least to a small degree(like sweeping). Everywhere you go it looks like the people just moved in. And apparently no one has figured out how to make mud bricks. Lost art if Fallout I suppose.
Basically, make places look as though they've been lived in.
While its absurd to even care about box art, I am forced to admit the complete lack of creativity presented.
@Summons75
If it was "unplayable" how did you know the "mechanics" were horrible. Be careful when tossing around hyperbole.
Dead Island was a good game. It was playable from beginning to end and the devs chosen mechanics worked. Could it have been better? Sure, but it did what it did fine.
Not liking it is one thing, calling a broken mess is another. That's just false.
Way too complicated to integrate into Steam with very little pay off.
It would have to support all chipsets, it would only work on a few titles, and not enough gamers would use it to justify the effort.
So basically, don't whine about the game, whine about the whiners so you don't look like a whiner?
Here's a thought how about people like yourself stop validating the .00000001 percent.
Uhhh, I'm not sure I understand. They want to make Homeworld 3 for mobile and Steam? Are they doing 2 different versions?
You're right, Project Cars doesn't have multiple versions of the Prius to race. Shucks.
Because you played Project Cars? I mean how else could you make that comparison. You must have contributed to its development.
Unless you think PD is the only developer capable of making a racing sim. But that certainly can't be the case.
@jimbobwahey
Google is your friend.
Also, read up on how this game is being developed, you might be surprised.

Blasphemer! /s
Since Volition is still intact I am not too worried about Saints Row.
I am assuming Geomod went with Volition and the Red Faction license. I really hope to see it used again, if not in RF then something else.
Read a history book sometime. It seriously shouldn't be possible for one to be so stupid.
Do humanity a favor, don't procreate, please. I beg you, do not add more stupid to the gene-pool.
Google Nubian, ass.
