As a PS4/PC gamer I can't see a bad side to this, it gives access to their games to more people who may be interested in them (I probably won't get them anyway, but who knows?) on a platform where they can be run as they should be (60+fps with decent details and resolution).

It deserved it's review scores, I got this for like 5.49 on Steam as a showpiece for my PC and I figured out I'd have something to play as well... Well, I could not stand it, which is surprising as I normally love hack n slash games, but this one controls badly and it's overly repetitive. 3 out of 10... maybe 5 if you really want to add point for the graphics...
The controls are way too loose, you almost feel like you are not in control of the character... I mean, I normally LOVE hack and slash games, this one just bored me, I'm not even sure I played over 1 hour... Honestly if all xbox exclusives are like this no wonder the console is not selling that well :-/ (I played on PC, maxed out and at 1080p/60fps, it's not like I did not have a good enough machine to see the game in the best possible light).
If you want a hack and slash get God of War or Devil May cry... Ryse is a waste of time.

This is true, but it goes both ways, there are almost no real time strategy games on consoles, many games just stay on PC too...
I play on both and appreciate both for what they are, consoles are really about simplicity of operation and dedication to 1 specific task, they provide games for a low barrier of entry and friction less use.. While PCs are much easier to use and setup than before, having one in the living room can be overkill for the kind of involvement some people...
I buy games in the less than 6$ portion of steam, most of them are AAA and I don't get themwhile they're too old either... Mind you it's so cheap that sometimes I buy a game or two and forget to play them!... I've never done this on a console!
