And for people who want to dominate "noobs". Guess it must be like "shooting fish in a barrel" for some of these guys. I like more challenge in my shooters so I've been more of BF fan. Plus, I'm a PC gamer and the COD series has really gone downhill on that platform.
"Sure they do have consoles however those consoles are reserved for the exclusives". That's pretty much my philosophy as well. I have a gaming PC and a PS3. Do most of my gaming on the PC, but like having the PS3 for their exclusives (plus the occasional console exclusive game like Red Dead Redemption).
Really good video and interviews. Not really anti-console, but more showing what PC's can do these days. This is a great quote: "Don't forget every game that's ultimately built is built on a PC. PCs are always going to be the tools through which all games get made". They also have a good response to the PC gaming is dying crowd. Looking forward to Part 2.
Not at all. Nice setup. Wish the 560 was available when I upgraded; I went with a dual 460 1gb SLI setup. 460's are great cards, though, plus I also got a great deal on the pair: $300. BF3 is going to be epic on PC!
@curtis_boy, I have a gaming PC so no need to sell me on the idea....lol. Already upgraded and ready to go. Sounds like we have similar tastes as I also own a PS3 as a "sidekick" to my PC gaming. I was just letting kthsdlr know that the requirements being shown have not been confirmed by EA and are only rumor at this point. It's my belief that if your current PC can play BFBC2, it should also be able to play BF3.
These system requirements are only a guess and EA has not confirmed what the actual requirements are. I'm guessing that if you can run BFBC2 well, you should be able to run BF3 OK.

Real good article. Well written and can't argue with any of the 5 Reasons. Though, their #3 Reason is my #1 Reason (PC Gamers Get Respect). And BF2 had modding as well. My point was that neither of the current games from either series has had modding support and these two trolls are trying to make it into a big deal that BF3 doesn't have modding. They are just about in every BF3 article trolling away. Personally, I think they have their "panties in a bunch" because they're afraid that BF3 will be better than their cherished MW3.
I am also looking forward to this game.....it's my most anticipated game of 2011. I'm glad BF3 won't have supervillians. Leave the Michael Bay, over-the-top stuff to COD. That's their "bread & butter". I want BF to stay true to itself and not become another "COD clone".

@Pandamobile, you must mean you liked COD when it was a PC exclusive. To this day, United Offensive is my favorite COD title. It had dedicated servers, large maps, high player counts and vehicles. Who cares that it was WWII? It was still a great game. Ever since the console became COD's primary focus, the PC versions of the game have gone steadily downhill: no dedicated servers, small maps, low player counts and no vehicles.
