I recall this game was the sheeze on the SNES when I was a lad. Square has been doing a pretty good job with these remakes for handhelds so this one could be pretty cool.
As far as Rock Band goes I hope they stay focused on new songs and upgrades rather than trying to sell new discs and controllers that do ostensibly the same thing <cough>guitar hero<cough>.
I agree. All 4 of these reasons = Fail.
If I didn't already have one I'd be all over it. I'm sure they'll sell out just fine without me though.
This sounds like nonsense to me.
Don't forget that last generation PS2 and Xbox sales were more than 160 Million. So far the 360 and PS3 have sold something like 25 million. That means there are literally tens of millions of potential customers out there who either haven't decided which one they want or when they will get it. Massive mainstream hits like GTA go a LONG way to helping people make those decisions.
In general, though, I think GTAIV will make a lot of people buy A console, but which one will be deter...
Man, that's REALLY exclusive!
Can't I at least play the Starter Pack before I pre-order. Pushy. ;)
What is your definition of "good enough" - the PS3 is outselling the 360 globally so how well is the 360 doing?
How exactly are they "loosing the price war" - what data are you basing that on?
P.S. - I didn't intentionally pick quotes that showcased poor grammar - it just happened that way.
Yeah - I agree. They should be making a White BlueTooth Wavebird instead.
Yes, the WebKit nightly build is the dev version of Safari, but WebKit is much more than just Safari - Dashboard, Mai, and other OS X apps are built using it.

Did you even look at the chart? F3b5 with no extensions running benchmarked slightly faster than Safari 3.1, but slightly slower than the WebKit (aka Safari) nightly build. Since neither FF3 nor the latest Safari build tested are released shouldn't we be comparing those two?
That video is pretty funny - watch as we download, then install, then download some more - 6 minutes of downloading! Nothing gets me more excited than videos of progress bars :)
Maybe we'll be able to JUMP this time around ;)
Of all the presidential candidates this time around Ron Paul is by far the most anti-regulation candidate - which you could easily equate as being the best for the games industry.
He's also the best candidate for any number of reasons that are actually IMPORTANT :)
Sony had nothing to do with that. It was (is) these guys

We don't know for a fact, but it doesn't seem likely. It's an alternate timeline in the 1950s - the second game picks up right where the first left off.
I'm gonna go way out on a limb and guess it will be GTAIV ;)
That is going to be HUGE.
When I started at my company there were zero Macs - now more than a third of us, some in every department, are using MacBooks.
