Does anyone really think that Apple shouldn't have the right to protect it's trademarks? Apple has always been very aggressive about this sort of thing - they sued people for making a fan that looked like an iPod. More often than not the other part IS actually trying to profit by proximity to Apple's design or branding - that doesn't seem to be the case here, but they certainly have the right to raise the issue.

Naruto "translated" into English are intolerably bad. Naruto fansubs (Dattebayo or AnimeOne & ANBU) with the original audio are actually really good. I used to think Naruto was lame too, until I started watching it in Japanese.

I was a little disappointed by it - and I played the whole thing, every side quest, everything. I think my decision on the next chapter will be down to them fixing the things that held the first on back: technical problems, poor inventory system, etc.. Not likely to be a day one purchase for me.
Yeah - really think Infinity Ward is dropping the ball releasing the PS3 map pack so close to GTAIV. If it was out now I might get it to pass the time UNTIL GTAIV comes out, but once it does come out I really don't think I'll bother - which is too bad because I really like playing CoD4 online.

The way that you can tell that Microsoft really believes in DD is how they initially released two versions of the 360 - one with a (tiny) 20gig HDD and one with NO INTERNAL STORAGE. Give me a break Microsoft.
I don't think DD has a chance in totally replacing disk-based media until:
1) Massive (many many TB) storage is incredibly inexpensive.
2) Broadband internet is many many many times faster.

I agree. But I think for a lot of folks, likely the majority, HD is equivalent to Widescreen. If you are the type that buys a cheap HD set at Walmart or Costco or something and hooks an Apple TV up to it to rent movies on I wouldn't really expect you to notice that the resolution isn't all it should be.
