Has anyone ever heard of a printing error/typo?
Guerrilla is a Sony owned studio and Killzone 2's epicness can only be experienced on the PS3. Xbox 360 fanboys can only wish they can play Killzone 2.
I'm guessing that the footage that Jaffe saw will be revealed at E3 2009 or at GDC 09'.
Either way, I can't wait to see the God of War 3 footage at the Spike TV Video game Awards.... the only reason I'm even watching it is just to see Uncharted 2 and GOW3.

I can't wait until I go home tommorrow for Christmas break because my Dark Knight Blu-ray will be waiting for me.
If Blu-ray conquered HD-DVD when HD-DVD was cheaper, there's no doubt that it's only a matter of time before Blu-ray goes completely mainstream. Even with a weak economy, the adoption of $199 Blu-ray DVD players have seen increases.

Motorstorm Pacific Rift sold a lot faster than I expected. But hey, over 3 million people bought the first game, so I see no reason for the same people that got the first not to get Pacific Rift. I haven't gotten it yet, but I will be pretty soon because I got the first Motorstorm when it first came out and really enjoyed it, so I know I'll love Pacific Rift just as good.

Even if the PS3 was hacked, buying a Blu-ray DVD burner and plenty of Blank Blu-ray discs really isn't that cheap... I think that there's still plenty of Blu-ray DVD burners that still cost more than the PS3 itself.
I would never try to hack my PS3 even if it was possible, especially not my launch 60GB PS3.
If the person that wrote this thinks that Blu-ray isn't worth the extra money, that's his opinion, but to me it is.
I see this guy is whining about Blu-ray disc prices, and like I said in another Blu-ray article, buy them online.
Sometimes I go to Walmart and see them selling STANDARD DVD's for more than what I paid for a brand new Blu-ray DVD that I bought discounted Online.

If it comes out in Europe that early, I might just import it.
The only other game I can think of that came out in Europe before hitting the U.S. on the PS3 is GT5P, but I want Killzone 2 ASAP! I waited until GT5P was released in the U.S. to buy it, but I don't think I could wait a whole 3 weeks later for Killzone 2 to be released in the U.S.
I'm pretty sure the increase in PS3 hardware has come from a lot of Japanese gearing up for White Knight and the introduction of the new 80GB bundles over there.
In the Software Charts for the Week of Dec. 25th, White Knight Chronicles should be at the top of the list, or at least in the top 3.

Have you even played a Metal Gear Solid game before playing MGS4? Because if you have, then you wouldn't be complaining about not liking cutscenes being longer than 5 minutes because other MGS games like Metal Gear Solid 2 and MGS3 had plenty of cutscenes that lasted over 10 minutes, and some cutscenes were 15 minutes or more in those games.

Dead Space was a sleeper hit this year and I really loved the game. I wouldn't be surprised if a Dead Space sequel did come out in 2009 because EA is becoming pretty notable for their yearly releases like Madden and Need For Speed.
I just hope that EA doesn't rush the developers just to get the game out.

Racing games are pretty popular in Europe and I'm sure most of them really don't care about the review scores.
Gran Turismo 5 Prologue sold over a million copies over in Europe just in pre-orders alone, and Racing games usually tend to sell pretty well over there.
Why is it that Microsoft relies so much on Halo and Gears? Even though both franchises are million sellers, Microsoft should be coming out with more new IP's or something. Halo and Gears is great, but more new franchises wouldn't hurt either.
Anyways, I highly doubt that Gears 3 is coming in 2009, but if it does, then I'm pretty sure that wont be that much different from Gears 2.
And will Cliffy B be working on Gears 3 if he is rumored to be making that Suvival Horro...
In the other article about Sony cutting jobs, I did say that I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft cut jobs and look what happened... but no, all the Xbox fans act like if Sony cuts jobs then the PS3 is "doomed" and the only thing that Sony does is make video game consoles.

By the time the Xbox 720 or whatever it will be called comes out, DVD will be on it's last legs or will be considered pretty much outdated by then, so I think that Microsoft will have to go with Blu-ray or some other format because there is no way in hell games next generation are going to be on DVD-9 yet again. Nintendo's next console may FINALLY use DVD, but not a hardcore console like the next Xbox shouldn't be using DVD-9 again.

The writer thought that GT5 Prologues A.I. was "barely consious"? I guess he must not have played the S-Class races or something. To me the A.I. is just as good...if not better than previous Gran Turismo games.
