Where not talking about Namco, we are talking about freakin' EA, one of the biggest 3rd party multiplatform publishers there is.
There's been some exclusives from Namco on both the PS3 (Ridge Racer 7, Time Crisis 4) and 360 ( Ace Combat 6, Tales of Vesperia), but EA is pretty much the poster child for Multiplatform in Gaming.

A lot of things have taken place since that video footage was filmed... things like EA acquiring Bioware.
I don't think that EA acquired Bioware just for Bioware to release games only on the PC and 360... and considering the circumstances, I'd say there's a pretty good chance of ME2 coming out on the PS3.

Nah, sorry but I have to disagree with that. EDGE has been the only reviewer that has given Killzone 2 anything lower than a 8, and they are already known for giving lower than average scores. Also, the EDGE Killzone 2 review came out pretty early as well, and it has nothing to do with all early reviews being the best/highest. I think Gamespot will give Killzone 2 a 8.5 or 9.

WTF!!!!! I'm very surprised at this review score, especially considering it comes from Gamespot. I expected them to give Halo Wars nothing lower than a Solid 8.
I think that there will always be about just as many Single Player only games that are avaliable now in the future, because I just don't see Single Player games just dying out forever.
Multiplayer is great, but I'm more of a Single Player gamer myself and I will continue to buy and support Single Player games that interest me like Uncharted 2, Heavy Rain, God of War 3, and Team ICO's next game ( probably will be Single Player)..... Some of the most memorable games I've ever playe...
If the 360 ever pulls off a FPS game or any other game for that matter that matches KZ2 graphically and technically, then maybe KZ2 will be possible on the 360, but until then, I say it's only possible on the PS3.
It's pretty amazing to me though, because in just a little over 2 years of the PS3's lifecycle, there's a game on the PS3 that surpasses every other console game graphically, and probably surpasses most of them technically as well. Killzone 2 has raised the bar for FPS ...
I think the PS3 has what it takes because it was built to last the test of time. I don't think the PS3 ever meant to be an instant seller right out of the gate, but was meant to be more of a gradual progression over a longer span of time. The PS3 has the most staying power this generation, and that's what I think will ensure the PS3 great success in the future.

What in the world is this writer thinking? 1st party Franchises owned by Sony/Microsoft will always remain exclusive to their respective console. Sony didn't build up it's 1st party studio base over the years just to "share" it with Microsoft and/or Nintendo.

God of War 3 in 2009 would be totally awesome... but just in case Sony Santa Monica needs more time for polish just like Guerrilla did, I want them to delay it until March 2010, because I'd hate for God of War 3 to be rushed out for release if it's not ready.

I can't believe they are actually using "User Reviews" on Metacritic to make judgements about how people feel about it because Everyone on this site knows that it was PS3 fans that downgraded the Halo Wars User score and 360 fans downgraded the Killzone 2 User Score.... and on top of that, neither games have been officially released yet.
As far as Halo Wars goes, it looks like it's a game that can turn Halo fans into RTS gam...

I think it's biased journalism because there's already been tons and tons of "PS3 is doomed" articles written and to me even MORE negative PS3 articles are just uncalled for.
And I think it was just ridiculous for that journalist to ask Jaffe to answer such questions because he's had great success with Sony and on the Playstation platform... it's like this journalist had an agenda to try and tear down the PS3 even more by getting one of it's own developers to talk down ...
Some may disagree with me, but I would actually like for Guerrilla to do something new for the next project, and do the next Killzone on the next Playstation. I mean, there's just so many shooters on the market and plenty of upcoming shooters, both multiplatform and PS3 exclusive shooters and it would be nice to see what else Guerrilla could do other than FPS.

For RARE to start bringing in money for M$, I think they need to start making a little more hardcore titles... I'm not talking about rated Mature hardcore games, just games a tad bit more hardcore than Banjoe Nuts and Bolts and Viva Pinata OR I think they should make somewhat of a casual game and put a Hardcore spin too it, like Rachet and Clank.

The game reminds me of a non-Underwater version of Bioshock without any special powers and it looks pretty interesting.
The enemy A.I. isn't exactly all that great and the enemy walking animations aren't that great either, but this video was probably early in the game development and had a long way to go in terms of polish.

Even though this review from GameInformer is average, I won't be surprised if SO4 gets a bunch of mixed reviews with some reviews lower than a 7 and with some reviews around 8-8.5 because both Infinite Undiscovery and The Last Remnant got a LOT of mixed reviews.
GameInformer gave Infinite Undiscovery an 8/10, and we all know how most of it's reviews weren't so great, so I can only imagine that there's going to be a ton of mixed reviews for SO4.
