I still think Out Run 2 is the best racing game ever made. You can grab it for free on PC from abandonware sites too plus the 16:9 patch.
I’d say 90% chance that this fails to achieve the high water mark of concord’s metric of 700 concurrent players.
I found the third level to be extremely frustrating. Run after run with zero progression. In the end I recognized I wasn’t having fun and quit.
