Man, I really want to get picked for this.
Yeah, same here. SMB deserves a number 1 spot but surely not RE4.
I'm looking here: http://top100.ign.com/2005/...
Perhaps we are looking at different listings? It sounds like you're reading the reader's list and I'm reading IGN's?
Yeah, you're looking at the reader listings: http://microsites.ign.com/k...
I actually agree with Gamerfiend to some degree, it's really the standout. When I decided to get my PS3, I was pretty much set on getting R:FoM and that was it. Definitely a great game, probably a system seller for many PS3 owners.
FF7 is 88, and FFIII at 56.
I'd assume because it's too new, this list is comprised of elder games, naturally.
Huh? I see Super Mario Bros. at number 1, and Ocarina at 2.
Man, how I agree. For me, owning a 360 and PS3 is the sweet spot. Not too keen on Wii, but I'm curious to see the new Metroid as well.
I want to try out the GunCon, too bad only Japan has the black one (red is alright though).
Namco is really confusing me as far as which 'side' they're on. Maybe they're just dividing up their games and making a balance.
Wow, that test was ridiculously stupid.
Results:
"Nintendo Fanboy: 4%
Microsoft Fanboy: 15%
Sony Fanboy: 36%
Hardcore Gamer: 42%"
If you've even 1 question that is in favour of either company ahead of the others, your score will be ridiculously propelled forward for that company. In fact, just stating that I owned only a PS3 brought the score forward, that is really lame.
"As I stated above, the 360 version will be the one to own---if you happen to be a true GTA fan."
I agree that if you own both systems this is possibly true since obviously there is more content. But I mean, you can't say someone isn't a true GTA fan if they are unable to get the 360 version? That's a little harsh.
I'm going to wait for the reviews and whatever to see which is better, though I expect heavy similarities (other than the content).
Other than rumours being lame, why the hell did the writer of this article include "xbot" in the title? WTF is with the stupid name calling.
"Rare to show off Banjo Kazooie 3 (Banjo-Theerie)." -- I'm hoping this does happen though...simply because I love the Banjo Kazooie games, and that witch at the end clearly mentions Banjo Threeie. It's about time it got made.
If you're happy with 360 I would personally wait. I got my PS3 because I'm impatient and always get consoles early.
Now, when I say this I'm assuming you're being serious. If not, then oh well, I still think this is good advice for anyone who plans on having both consoles.
"Waiting"?
"Krazy Ken said that the ps3 could dual output on two tv's at native 1080p with 120fps. It was with his 4D press speech."
K, thanks for clearing that up. I was wondering where it came from.
Curious to know who disagreed with me, PS3 or 360 fanboys? Maybe both. I was just asking a question, then relaying the info in the stats, but whatever. Idiots are idiots.
"YAY, MY FIRST DISAGREEMENT SINCE I GOT ON THIS SITE!"
lol, get used it to it eh bro. This site, unfortunately, is crawling with rabid 360/PS3 fanboys, disagreement is for anything that is either not in favour of their system or is in favour of the opposing system. Not many Wii fanboys, but they all exist around digg (which is why I never go there).
Anyway you made a good point about those exclusives, Motorstorm 2 sounds pretty likely. Either way the li...
Oh, great news! I was more looking forward to Socom 4 than Confrontation.
I have to ask: Did Sony ever speak of 120fps, or are you just bs'ing?
If they did then that would be pretty dumb. I mean, it's not even like there's a load of 60fps games with very stable framerates...
I also thought the PS3 was doing better in UK, guess it didn't for this week. Oh well.
A little too many of these have been made, but I will give credit to this one for not listing unconfirmed/untitled games (at least from what I saw).
Although, I'm not sure why they have "Socom: Confrontation" and "Socom (4 I presume)" as separate exclusives? IGN lists them as the same game, but they could be wrong too...any clarity on this?
It'd be pretty cool to see Halo on handheld. Ninja Gaiden is already there, if they got Halo as well...man. Maybe I'd get a DS? Although of course seeing as this was debunked once it would be better to not assume anything at the moment. And I agree that it seems weird since Microsoft would have to allow this right? But maybe, since they aren't in the handheld race, it isn't too big a deal for them anyway? Anything is possible I guess...but I'd say it's best to not take this seriously until la...
