If you mean on the metal arm, I doubt you have to buy it, as it says "unlockable." Probably a reward for doing something difficult in the game.

Well if history does repeat itself I'll be quite ok. I was happy with my Xbox 1 and the games I had, I don't think I'd've been as happy if I kept my PS2.
Now the only thing I hated was how quickly the Xbox was murdered after the 360 came out.
